Made an appointment online to see a used 2016 Audi A4, and walked out with a new 2017 Audi A4 with only 10miles on it. I am the first and only owner!!. When I walked it I felt like I was at MOCA, except I was treated better at Audi of Ontario, The dealership was clean. Lots of car candy was on display. All the models were on the showroom floor. The space is open and well lit. Like the Getty Museum. The receptionist was pleasant, attentive, and offered me coffie, making her my favorite person of the day. That is until I met Louis Meng. He was the consultant who attending me and my automobile needs. I call him a consultant, because he didn't act like a typical salesperson. He was very authentic. He had the energy and excitement of a small business owner. You know, someone who values every customer knowing that their business depends on customer loyalty and word of mouth. Louis gets it. I told him what I was there to see. My first choice wasnt' available, but my backup choice was. He immediatly got the keys and were off and driving. The Audi A4 did not disappoint in terms of luxury, style, and feel. Unfortunately, it had some minor wear that I didn't much like. Louis conveyed my concerns to his manager. He asked me what my concerns were about the car. I told him. He asked me what I would like. I told him. He looked at Louis and said, "Let's get the gentlemen a car he wants. Louis quickly got the keys to a 2017 Audi A4 that was better than what I had described. It had only 10 miles on it. I would be the first owner. We took a drive and I was happy. We came back and the negotiation started. This was the first time i was asked by a car dealer manager what I would like to pay and what monthly payment I was comfortable with. They bent over backwards for me. It took almost 3 hours, but I got the best deal possible. Damn, I'm happy with the awesome deal I got. The finance guy was a dream.

Why did I choose to visit Penske Honda of Ontario when I have a vast selection of dealerships where I live and work? I was looking for a specific year/model and they had one of the two available for sale in the state of California.Why did I choose to buy from Penske Honda of Ontario? The brand speaks for itself, I fell in love with the car BUT it was the customer service that helped seal the deal.From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed. Everyone had a smile and actually knew my name! Not only was I greeted by the sales staff, service manager and finance manager but the President and General Manager, Bill McGrath, himself. I must preface this by disclosing I did reach out to Mr. McGrath directly to inquire about the car and financing options. Who knew he'd respond right away!I had the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and after an honest dialogue about my finances, I was met by their just as honest feedback -- and an offer. Refreshing, since this part always takes long and the numbers didn't look bad! What eventually led me to sign papers that night was their responsiveness and willingness to help my situation.Customer service is rare and theirs was exceptional (and I LOVE my car). On a number of occasions they went above and beyond: special thank you to the porters who helped deliver my car home; Special Finance manager Jaime (no, I did not spell his name wrong), for your expertise and efficiency. And Mr. McGrath! For being there every step of the way!Just as with the Honda line of cars, the individuals that make up Penske Honda Ontario are quality and performance driven. You can't expect anything less of this team because they are the epitome of Helpful Honda.

Randy's Auto Sales
I've been buying cars from Randy Auto Sales for 20 years now. They are the only dealer I will ever go to. I trust them and they treat me right. They stand by their cars and they work with you. They do not use Chinese parts like what the other reviewers are saying when they work on their car. They have good cars at good prices. Mike, Mark, Zee, Christy are the best. I read some of the negative reviews about Randy's Auto Sales and I must say I'm surprised of what these people think of Randy's Auto Sales because I have never experienced any of that. And for those people who are crying about their cars being repossessed. Well If you make your payments your car will not be repossessed. And for those that are crying about the interest rate you know exactly how much you're paying in interest rates when you sign the contract and when you're told. So if you don't like the price nor the interest rates then don't sign the freakin contract! If you don't like their prices or their interest rate shop for a car somewhere else. Nobody is holding a gun to your head! GET OVER IT!!!!! Oh and before I forget they do not treat you by the color of your skin. And on one of the reviews she states her down payment did not go towards the price of the car it went into their pockets so not true read your contract! So you people with negative reviews grow up and stop crying and read what you sign before you buy!

Jonathan Valdovinos was our Audi Sport Brand Specialist sales manager who made my first Audi purchase experience better than any experience I've had with Lexus or BMW in the past.I gave the "Product Selection" a 4-stars for the dealership because I came into the dealership looking for an SQ5 Prestige in Gray, to which, the internet sales manager had said was in stock. When I arrived, the SQ5 was a Premium Plus, not the Prestige model I was looking for was not quite what I wanted.I almost settled for the Gray Premium Plus SQ5, but Jonathan showed me the White Prestige SQ5. I was on the fence about white versus gray. Jonathan took the time to bring both cars around and parked them side by side.After a few walks around the white SQ5 Prestige, Jonathan went through every Prestige feature that would be missing if I chose the Premium Plus versus the Prestige model.After a complete 2-hour demonstration and test drive, at Jonathan's recommendation, I purchased the White Prestige model.John, the finance manager, made the rest of the paperwork go extremely smooth and very fast. After I made the decision to purchase my SQ5, the paperwork took no longer than 30 minutes.At the end of the day, the overall experience in buying my first Audi was fantastic. Where other dealerships often frustrate the car buyer, Ontario Audi and Jonathan Valdovinos exceeded my expectations.

While the required recall services were quick, I was very disappointed that the service tech took no measures to clean up afterwards, or keep clean my Forester's interior. Fingerprints were left on the glove box and dash surrounding the glove box, and a big shoe print was left on the floor mat indicating they used no paper floor protectors as most service depts do. In addition, the work also required disconnecting the battery. In doing so all my AM-FM radio station presets were wiped out. Usually where techs have to disconnect the customer's car battery, they write down the station presets before so doing then reset them as a courtesy after the work is completed. The tech also didn't reset the clock to proper time. None of these are costly or damaging faux pas, but they are very annoying — It's no fun getting onto the freeway after leaving the dealership only to find you can't tune to your favorite stations. Trying to do so while on the road is dangerous. S.O.O. needs to go the extra mile to show they care for their customers and their customer's car. As I have noted, this is standard service courtesy with most service shops. My Firestone store does this for my vehicles each and every time I go in for service.

LOVE THEM. After having an extremely trying morning dealing with Rotolo trying to get an oil change, thank you Mark Christopher for being every thing they are not. Courteous, fair, quick, and professional. I was ready to forgo the free oil changes and pay rather than go to the dealer because my experiences have never been good. Turns out, I just wasn't going to the right dealer. Actually looked at my car rather than just the odometer before trying to sell me a service. Novel concept. My vehicle had recently been serviced by a non dealer, didn't need a thing except an oil change but it was really refreshing for the dealer to actually see that and not try and sell me something. Shows true professionalism. Something I am not used to because of where I was going. From now on it is Mark Christopher and no where else.

I would like to take a moment and thank the gentleman at Audi of Ontario, Shawn the service manager, Luis the advisor, and Tim the mechanic, for going far above and beyond for the service of my R8. You guys truly made me a life long Audi fan and I couldn't be more thankful of your professionalism and how you took care of me. As long as these three guys are around, I will continue to bring my car to this dealership and when it's time for an upgrade or trade in, I will be back to this dealership because of these gents. I would highly recommend anyone that has an Audi to visit the names I listed above, as I know they will do a superb job in helping you as well, and it doesn't hurt that this is by far one of the nicest dealerships I've been to. Thank you again guys, I sincerely appreciate it.

Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram of Ontario
I went here after doing some research on a dodge dart and checking a few other dealerships. Our salesperson, Oscar Arreola was not only helpful but he was honest and straight forward with costs and helping us to stay inside our budget. He didn't try to make extra off us by up selling us on a more expensive car. In fact he got us a brand new 2015 dart with lots of upgrades and still kept us under what we were willing to spend. In all, we got the car we wanted with more perks than we expected, at a price we wanted. Go see Oscar Arreola when you want to buy a new car and I assure you the experience will be worth it and he'll get you into the car you want at the best price possible.

I went into this dealership because I was referred by a good friend. At first i thought because they were a small car lot they were going to be expensive and up the price on me. I also checked out their reviews on Yelp and noticed they had alot of bad reviews , but also noticed those reviews were last years reviews and then I clicked on other reviews and noticed they were all positive and recent. Sometimes I think Yelp puts the bad reviews first, so u have to keep on searching to get the positive ones. I have to say I am very pleased with the service I received. I also purchased a Mustang that my husband likes. LOL! Thanks again for the great Service Mike.

What I learned about selling my car to a junk yard is that very few of the local yards are legitimate. They are either brokers (not even located in calif), or self-service yards( big multi-location yards with no customer service skills). When I called Can-Am I spoke to the guys there and they quoted me a fair price on my vehicle (99 Corolla) and were at my house within an hour.. These are local businessmen! Since they are a licensed dismantler in California they walked me through the release of liability process. This made me feel at ease. The whole transaction was hassle free! I would highly recommend using Can Am, truly a positive experience!
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
