Nebraska Lifestyles has been absolutely fantastic !! Jeb the owner has addressed every issue in a timely and professional manner and Robyn, the office manager has always coordinated every problem with speed and professionalism!I would recommend Nebraska Lifestyles to anyone wanting to rent a property or looking for a management company for their properties

Not a real professional management. Seems like all they care about is your money and nothing else. They have a tendency to keep your deposit for no reason. I agree with other reviewers that Dana herself is rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend!

Grandview Properties
I moved in April of 2016 and have treated great. I was out of state and the owner worked with me when so many others in Omaha would not.Cheap, no frills places for working people to live.

We have lived here for a year and it started out bad. The screen was missing from bedroom window. They sent maintenance men to replace it but was not put in properly and when strong wind came it blew off. They try to hold you accountable for fraudulent fees. My car was damaged in parking lot while parked, hit n run. The odor in the hallway is horrible. They told us carpet was cleaned and that wasn't true. They're just not trustworthy enough to commit to. Nor or they committed as much as offering satisfactory dwelling.

Do Not use this company. They're unresponsive, and unprofessional. I've been dealing with them for 3 years, and cannot wait to terminate my contract.

Philmoore Company
worst management company I have ever dealt with. Lease an apartment with a no pet policy. Next door neighbors have three dogs that constantly bark, keeping me up all night and making it virtually impossible to study (I am a nursing student). Have been notifying Amy of the Philmoore Company since May about the situation. I withheld rent in September to force some type of action, and was served with an eviction notice. Had to pay rent as I cannot afford the time or money to move. Still have barking dogs. Amy says she has given the neighbor 30 days to address - 30 days starting last week (9/25). I've been complaining since May.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The management was really nice when we initially moved in, but after we moved in and placed our first complaint, it was an uphill battle. They constantly blamed us for everything whenever we would place a work order. I'm not sure if they are oblivious to the fact that their properties in Dundee on Dodge are very old, or if they are in denial. We told them the place was too hot in the summer, but they said we could not have control over the heating and cooling because one apartment controls the whole building. I have never heard of such a thing in my life. We heard people complained about there being rodents in their building and it took them over 3 months to send someone out. By that time 3 of the tenants were ready to leave along with ourselves included at our building. Really lady, rats in the building! I finally just got out of there don't expect a refund on the deposit, at least that's what i heard from past tenants and neighbors. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Worst landlords ever! I'm a 34 year old professional with a long history of positive rental experiences and I have never been so shocked and disappointed with a landlord. These landlords broke the law repeatedly by demanding I evacuate my apartment with no notice because the new tenant wanted to move in early, repeatedly entering my apartment without providing notice, and then keeping my security deposit of $895. I literally had to send a friend over to my apartment while I was on a business trip to move all of my things out because they threatened to remove my things for me. This was all several weeks before the negotiated move-out date (a negotiated date that I had been really flexible about, agreeing to leave my apartment before the end of the month/end of the lease term).

Just a moment...
