In August of 2017, Integrity Automotive did an oil change on my car and recommended a radiator flush. One week later, the car was overheating and was towed there. They diagnosed it with needing the engine replaced and offered to buy the car for $500. When I was having the car towed to another mechanic, they let me know that they were a car dealer if I wanted to buy a new car. The car only needed the radiator replaced to get it fixed. Watch out customers.

2013 I took this car to this shop after diagnosics test and repair list. This shop place me with car care one on term of help finance repairs. I place this car for the repairs of a problem regarding cylinders needed gasket replaced. The claimed it was repaired. I also took this vehicle every three months for oil change. This vehicle was purchased with 134000 miles. It now has 15300 miles and reacts sluggish uses oil. Reads egr valve failure. Which was replaced 3 times.Six weeks ago this same shop repaired a bearing seal which helped. This shop was not able to repair the transmission. That too had to be sent out to a reprable transmission shop for repairs. Then the car begins to run real rough like a vacum line is plugged. The egr hose hooks to a metal line to the block. That too was a questionable why motor was performing poorly. When motor parts are down to the blocks where cylinders are visable those are to be clean from the metal for a smooth surface for gasket and or adhesive. If properly cleaned gasket will seal with correct tourk. If tourk is not correct gasket may not seal properly.THE DAMAGE BEGINS. I was told to pay a $94.00 diagnosis fee and if it was the shops fault I would not be charged. Now my car has many problems which due to the services of short cuts will need to be repaired again. I am told to never come back again after paying $2600 plus interest not to come back. Not happy woman here.

Terrible experience!! I tryed to do transmission work myself and screwed it up,didn't at the time realise I messed up.took my truck to this shop to get a diagnostic as to why my truck was running so bad.I was told the reason it runs bad was my transmission they fixed the the transmission that cost me $1400 plus $108 for diagnosis drove the truck for I day and my transmission went out,now there telling me its my prior work that caused it,I'm not buying what there selling me.just seems strange to me that days after spending $1500 dollors I would have this issue, and obviously I'm not the only one not happy.I would not ever use them again and would advise anyone to do the same.its not bad enough I've lost work because of this now I have to pay another shop and lose more work.NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!

Unable to give better rating because: Tried repeatedly to call them on the number listed, but call kept dropping. No other way to reach this business, except in person at that address? Are they even still in business?

Wow!!! Name says it all. My car got towed in for a defective alternator. Marc diagnosed the problem and found that all the problem was, was a bad fuse. Not only did he drop everything he was doing but he didn't even charge me for figuring out the problem or the fuse. Got me and my kids back on the road with in an hour of being towed in. Thank you!!!!

Jack is honest and a great mechanic. If you don't want to be taken and pay for stuff you don't need, then this is where you go.

Beware of this place. They will rip you off at every opportunity. Even the good reviews are fake. They are a total bait and switch shop. Please spread the word so people will not be victimized.

My corvette convertible was stole from this shop. They could care less. They refused to give me their insurance information. I doubt if they carry it. I sued them and got a judgement. Which is still un paid. The only thing I did wroong was to patronize their business. I WOULD BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
