USA Window Cleaning
Employee left younger brother to work. Not thorough on Windows still streaked. One bucket of water for all windows. One storm not removed. Re. gutters: Mesh guards not removed.Sticks left in them. Roof time about 10 min. So mess left in gutters &downspouts not flushed. I climbed ladder &requested further cleaning. He removed 3-4 guards to reach debris.Said nothing under other guards. Was at house front 10 min & said all ok. Downspout flushing? Filled 2-3 gal bucket at my request, only once, to purportedly totally flush 7 downspouts. That afternoon I received a solicitation call from same co. Told her they had already been here and that I had concerns. Young girl was quite courteous and said that Diana would call within the hour to resolve concerns. No call received for a week. Then no ans @ my callback. Threatening message from Diana on my voicemail yesterday re. her collection agency contact. No cooperation or one-on-one communication with Diana. Will continue to try to reach her.

USA Window Cleaning
We hired this company to clean our windows and gutters. The crew that came out seemed to do okay and told me they cleaned all the gutters, but we did not watch them the entire time. Two weeks later, we borrowed our neighbor's extension ladder to get a tennis ball out of one of our higher gutters. While up there, we noticed that they had not cleaned any of our high gutters (whole point of hiring out is to have the high gutters cleaned). We therefore spent the next two hours doing it ourselves. I spoke with Diana who noted that the company could not offer refunds, but offered to send another crew out within the next six months to clean windows or gutters.
Tips & Advices
The type and shape of windows impact the cost of window cleaning. The least expensive windows to clean are smaller windows, such as hopper windows, awning windows, single-hung windows, double-hung windows, and casement windows. Larger windows, such as double-casement windows and sliding windows, tend to be more costly to clean.
When choosing a window cleaning company, it's important to ask if the company is insured, since liability and worker's compensation insurance can protect you from financial liability if there is an accident on the job. You should also also if employees undergo criminal background checks and drug testing, since this can help shield you from theft.
Most window cleaning services will brighten the look of your property's windows by cleaning each window's interior and exterior, and they will scrub the glass to make sure buildup from tree sap, bird droppings, and mulch spore is thoroughly removed. Many will also clear insects and fungus infestations from your windows at no extra cost.
To care for windows between cleanings, regularly inspect the window's sill or track, and use a vacuum to remove soil and debris if an excessive amount of buildup is observed. Help your windows to drain properly by using a small bottle brush to regularly remove debris from your window's weep holes.
When cleaning tinted windows, it's important to steer clear of using window cleaners that contain ammonia. With constant use, ammonia can cause your tinted windows to turn purple, and it can weaken the film that is responsible for your window's tint. Ammonia is found in common window cleaners, such as Windex, so you'll need to read labels carefully when making a purchase.
