Dear "Bothered",I am sorry that you are bothered about the fact that McClains RV now has many positive reviews online. If this seems suspect, it is because we are now aware of the fact that some people like to make comments online about their experiences in doing business with a certain company. Since we had not incorporated this process into our business model before, we are doing so now…albeit the rise in reviews. Our company has been serving the community for over 50 years and we value staying current with the times. Using this medium, that is free to all, is just another way of staying up to date for the benefit of our customers and the public. As a business owner we are always looking for ways to improve. Asking for reviews from our customers allows us to be transparent and real to the world. Expect to see many more comments good, bad, or indifferent coming from our valued customers. Should we get an occasional bad review, we embrace it as another opportunity with which to improve our processes. The good comments reinforce the fact that we are meeting and or exceeding our customers expectations. Any and all reviews made by these people are in their own words, completely honest, and not manipulated. Our desire is to provide the very best service and experience to everyone. If McClain’s RV’s has done something to you personally to create distrust and/or hard feelings, please contact me, Nate McClain @ 940-498-4330. I will do my best to find a fair resolution for both of us.
We went to pick up our travel trailer that we picked out and someone had just left it sitting out there after they hooked up the water. When we walked out we immediately saw water coming out from the bottom and found a large amount of water in the middle of the floor that had run down from under the sink, all under the fridge and cabinets. The service people came out and we're very rude to us and dismissed our concerns, instead of apologizing. We told the guy to wait who came out to put on the stabilizer bar(to save him work) because at this point we were skeptical about this trailer. He was incredibly rude as well and said I'm doing it anyway and they can do what they want! At this point we knew if we bought this trailer, this was the kind of treatment we could look forward to if anything came up requiring service. The salesman was good, finance was good, show out guy was trying to be helpful, the service people are absolutely the worst! The service department is completely and totally the reason we did not purchase here. When people are making a large investment they expect a professional level of treatment. If they had been doing their job, they would have seen the leak and had it fixed before we ever arrived. You don't just walk away and let it flood, and then expect someone to buy the trailer you were soley responsible for just flooding out! And then get snarky about it!! Just beware if you decide to do business here.
Henry N., excellent sales person & did all that was promised. Robert, all business, but easy to deal with. Vann, very pleasant and knows basics. Julie, service, always a smile and kind word. Regina, service, great department head. Dewayne & John, most knowledgeable and helpful service techs anywhere. They make me comfortable to return for service. All the above are 5 stars, however, the person prepping our Phaeton for delivery did a poor job. Many major problems should have been corrected before we checked the bus out and found them ourselves: no hot water, washer 1/2 full of water and non-functional, shower that would not turn off/ Little things are to be expected, but not major system faults, In spite of this, our 3 days with McClain's RV Superstore let us get to know you and become very comfortable with your service. Overall, a good experience and so happy with our Phaeton, Thanks, Fred & Di Wood
My experience with Motley Rv was awesome. Our Leveling system had a bad hose. As this was a brand new unit, it was under manufactures warranty with Fleetwood. Fleetwood refered us to LaMesa Rv in Albaquerquie, Camping World, Rv General, McClains in Oklahoma City were all to busy and would not even look at it. Motley Rv service manager Alan Lawler, said he would do what he could do for us. He found the problem immediately and called Fleetwood. Fleetwood agreed to let Motley do the repairs even though Moyley was not a Fleetwood dealer. Our Motley service tech did the repairs and was very efficient. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. Thanks to all who were involved in getting our repair process.
We just bought the 2010 Keystone Outback 30 ft 5th wheel yesterday. We haven't taken a trip yet but we already love it. Thanks for your outstanding customer service! Cliff, Artie, Preston, Bruce, Mary, Sam and everyone else were awesome, very knowledgeable and very professional. Since this is our first RV, each one of them went out of their way to give us information to help save us money and headache with helpful ""what not to do"" info. Thanks again! We will send pictures of our first time to RV.
We want to thank the entire staff at Lewis RV for the professional service and personal care you provide for your customers. It's like having friends in every department. Our Special thanks go to Kathleen, Sean, & Bruce in the Service Department. mary and Gary in Parts, and Artie in Finance for their part in resolving our recent wheel replacement situation. Of course we give our thanks to Chuck and Cliff, two very genuine people, for your assistance, and for hiring such dedicated employees.
