I wish I had done sooo hurt!!!! I trusted you for 1 WHOLE YEAR..4 days since my insurance lapsed and 4 days for my payment due. I've been a good customer... TOLD You MOM WAS SICK AND MY INSURANCE AND PAYMENT WOULD BE LATE DAYS BEFORE it wouldn't be lapsed though BY STATE LAW!!...HONESTY AND BELIEVE IN GOD HAS NO VALUE WITH THIS COMPANY...NOT EVEN FOR 4 DAYS...TWO BUSINESS DAYS MINUS THE WEEKEND WHEN I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I NEEDED TO TAKE IT TO THE SHOP....I always let them know what's going on..NEVER MISS A PAYMENT EVEN IF I PAID THE LATE fee... the fact that they turn my car off when the wheel bearing is going out...unbelievable! so I can't even drive it to a mechanic... it's absurd! why would they do this? I've been question! and I'm trying to be good to question! DON'T QUOTE THE GOSPEL WHEN YOU HAVE NO QUARTER!!! SLIME..SNAKE IN THE GRASS!! GREADY! BUT ONE DAY....ILL HAVE PEACE WIth you but now.. GO TO HELL.

Please you are better of buying from anyone but Express Credit Auto, they will not work with you on your payments nor will they refinance you for not missing a payment I have not missed a payment in 3 years and I had surgery and wasn't able to work for 6 weeks that was not considered a hardship so I had to get loans to pay my car payments to stay in good standing with them. CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS CONTRACT. IF THEY OFFER THE INSURANCE TAKE IT. IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO DO SO.

This is the worst dealership I have ever worked with! We were flat out lied about the condition of a used vehicle... the vehicle we purchased was not only undriveable it was also completely unsafe!!! The front tire was flat! The car was smoking ! The seat belt didn't work ! The side blinker was not working! And the Rear view mirror was laying on the floor! We were promised the car was in good working condition & recently serviced! Also was told the car had new tires!!! All of this was a LIE!!! After calling the dealer about the issues they basically lied again & said the car was in good working order & we purchased the car AS IS!!! So buyers beware of this so called dealership!!! I am no in the process of filing a claimant & a lawsuit as well!!

My wife and our roommate just got their bill changed from $40 to $100 with no additional work done. Michael the mechanic quoted 40 and did the repair. When the girls went to pick the car up, Bob decided to add $60 and tell my wife that there are good customers and bad customers when she advised that this was a horrible customer experience.
