My wife and our roommate just got their bill changed from $40 to $100 with no additional work done. Michael the mechanic quoted 40 and did the repair. When the girls went to pick the car up, Bob decided to add $60 and tell my wife that there are good customers and bad customers when she advised that this was a horrible customer experience. The ariusangel reviews below were from my wife from previous experiences. Something has changed horribly. Don't take your car here.

I’ve lived in Oklahoma City almost three years. During that time period, I’ve taken my vehicles to several different mechanics. I’ve been cheated and charged for parts they didn’t replace, told my engine was fried when it was just a loose wire, and charged for repairs that were never completed. A few months back, I found O & M Auto Repair. I knew they were different the first time I went it. They guy there found a minor problem and fixed it in five minutes. He didn’t charge me a penny. Most places, they charge you if they even have to so much as glance at your car. I had some major repairs done to my car this week, and while they were working on it, they found another problem. They fixed the problem and only charged me for the parts. What! That’s right! These guys are truly decent people, as well as great mechanics! That is a truly rare combination in the world we live in!

I have been doing business with these folks for right at twenty years. They have done two transmissions for me and some repairs on others. I have sent friends there and I am always pleased. The last one I had repaired was just recently and brought it 400 miles for them to work on it. I have always been pleased. The front of the house is kind and courteous and the back of the house gets it out in a timely manner. Keep up the good work folks. KEL Deep East Texas

Riteon Car Wash
Best new car wash around town. Hand wash and dry it, then put their special polish on it. My car is so shiny now, I can't believe it. Definitely going to start taking all my cars there.

I was in from out of town, had broken down on the highway. Out of a job, no money and now needing to get my car fixed. I even said no job- no money. They came by quickly, gave me a quote, took my money. Told me a part would need to come from salvage the next day - no problem. Call me the next day, couldn't get the part, will get it from the dealership the next day. NEVER heard from them again. Would not return my call. Very disappointing and out my only money. Be extremely careful if using their services.

Tips & Advices
A green car wash is one that places great emphasis on sustainability. The water used for each wash is scrupulously recycled, and the only products used are those that are bio-based, biodegradable, and gentle on the environment. Some green car washes also rely on renewable energy sources for power.
Many car washes make an active effort to recycle, reclaim, and reuse their water. Recycled water often comprises the majority of the water used for each wash, and, in many cases, the process is precisely managed by a computer-controlled system.
If a car has been newly painted, it's best to wait at least 30 days before applying automotive soap or any other automotive cleaning product. After this 30-day period, it will be safe to take the vehicle to a car wash.
A full-service car wash is one is which all aspects of washing the vehicle are handled by a professional. Many full-service car washes offer different packages that provide different tiers of service.
At a self-service car wash, the equipment and cleaning products are provided, but it is up to customers to provide the labor. Self-service car washes give you a space to wash your car, along with tools, such as sprayers, foam brushes and foam sponges.
