Small Stuart MD
I've been seeing Dr. Small for two years now and I'm not easily impressed by "doctors" just because they're wearing a white coat. I need to feel they really do care about your ailment, they're actively achieving continuing education in their speciazation and what it's gonna take to get you well. Dr Small is one of the easiest docs to talk to; open, honest, interested, professional, most back pain experienced doctors I've ever run into. And just as important, he has meticulous skills in back vertebrae surgery. If you're in pain, had an accident or a flare-up, start with Dr. Small. See what he has to say about your pain. He's been managing my pain situation very well, and I like his style and commitment very much. That’s saying a lot since I've seen over 30 doctors in my small insignificant life. Like I said: if you have back pain of any kind, start with Dr Small: 432-617-7463, in Odessa, TX.

Love this place. Very clean, efficient and they were able to pull two wisdom teeth no one else in town would. Their surgeon is WONDERFUL and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Also this place is set up for kids, with movies above the dental chairs and all. The only painful part of the experience was the price, even with my subpar insurance, the extraction was pricey. But I would pay for it double as you get what you pay for. Realy, really, really good dentists here.

West Texas Dental
Emergency services are not part of the deal at this place. I have gone to Dr Lewis for over 5 years and love him but the second I called in an emergency Joyce his secretary, office manager, or whatever her role is that day, gave me a 2 week wait before he could see my daughter who was in terrible pain and needed a dentist ASAP. Thanks Joyce...class act. She picks and chooses who gets in and when. Sorry Dr Lewis, your secretary does not represent you very well.

All of the ladies in the office were awesome and were a great help. They make me want to go to the dentist more often. The doctors that extracted my wisdom teeth were amazing. I have absolutely no pain from the surgery. Great, great experience. My dentist and her assistant were very nice and great to deal with. I will most definitely return for my other procedures. THANKS BLISS DENTAL.

Great dentist! I had my wisdom tooth pulled from Dr. Char and I had a great experience. I had an infected wisdom tooth and he had me go to the hospital first because it was so infected then 1 week and a half later after antibiotics. I had my wisdom tooth pulled with little to no pain. I love this dentist and I recommend this dentistry.

In the past I've had real bad experiences with dentists, but tried bliss dentistry because of my wife and grandaughter's recommendations . Told one of the personnel that this was the first time in all my life that I didn't feel no pain or needles for numbing. Thank you to the dentist that attended to me. GOOD WORK.!!!

The staff and doctors are very friendly and explain everything they are doing, they also take the time to answer any questions I have about my care or what they are doing. I have told all my friends and family about Bliss and have strongly recommended to them to start going there for their dental care.

Weaver John Mark Dds
Dr. Weaver and his staff are amazing. After having to go through a very long ordeal to get dental implants after a car accident, he and his staff were kind, caring, and beyond competent. I will recommend anyone to him.
Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future
