responding to linda f. - -1st - I am licensed to sell atv's , dirt bikes , and gokarts . im not sure where they got this info . 2nd - this customer put bad gas ( water ) in the gas tank . 3rd - missing part ? the rear view mirror had a small crack in it . i did have the company i order from , send that replacement part and it has been sitting at my dealership for 7 months . 4th- all units i sell come with a 3 month ENGINE ONLY WARRANTY that only covers parts , not labor . that does not mean the whole unit is covered so when anything breaks other than the engine , yes , the customer will have to pay for the repair . 5th - my store does normal maintenance such as oil changes , carb adjustments and things like that so when a customer needs something other than light maintenance work , ill suggest bringing it to a atv shop in diberville . this is the same shop i bring my personal things to . and yes , i did get this customers permission to bring this gokart to that shop ( thank goodness for text messaging ) he even thanked me for bringing it to the shop . now if the atv shop is backed up , i can't help that . i can't tell another shop to speed it up , sorry , i just can't do that . i sell over 100 units ( go-karts , atv's and dirt bikes ) a year so its going to be impossible to please everyone ( i try ) . thanks and my apologies .

We just purchased a 2009 BMW 535 xi wagon from Suncoast and wanted to share they are a reputable dealer in Ocean Springs selling used high end autos both from their show room (which I did not use personally) and online. We live in Brainerd MN and have been searching for a hard to find BMW 5 series all wheel drive wagon when their site popped up. I googled them and did not get any warning signs so I called and got Adam Kahl, their online manager for care sales. Adam was very helpful, low pressure and has good follow through. He immediately disclosed that the car had been in an accident but felt it was insignificant as their mechanics thoroughly checked the vehicle out. They also shared the carfax with me. I asked my brother in-law who lives in Ocean Springs to test drive the car and had an independent mechanic inspect it as negotiations were going smoothly.Adam and The (GM) Jeremy Windham worked out all the logistics including transporting the wagon by truck to our door.Bottom line, I buy almost nothing online, preferring local business and face to face interactions. However, finding the right used car locally is much more difficult and using the web opens many doors. Between my parents, brother and myself we have purchased 7 cars from Suncoast over the years. Most recently I bought a Nissan Rogue - an unexpected purchase after my beloved Audi was deemed totaled.Wendy (and Jerame) helped me find what I was looking for with the parameters given - they came up with multiple options and we went from there. I went in with an open mind with a few requirements (like AWD) but if you are looking for a specific car, I'm sure you could request it since they buy at auctions weekly. There was no sales pitch or pressure, their cars sell themselves. Before the car makes it to the sales lot, it goes through their service department. You will be getting a like brand new car. After the purchase, they followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. Which included replacing the floor mats, paying for a second key fob. I needed a new SUV for my family of 7. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for on the lot. So the manager took it into his hands to write down exactly what I wanted (a white GMC Acadia with low miles and for the right price, I was very picky). He called me two weeks later to tell me that my Acadia was in. This company went above and beyond the call. They went to auction for ME and purchased the vehicle that I wanted and needed. This company has earned my business for as long as I need a car! They don't only sell cars, they sell customer service. Just bought the truck of my dreams 2 months ago. Absolutely love it! Suncoast used to have a bad name but I have horrible credit and I figured I would atleast give them a shot! Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
