The menu was original, not your standard beach fare. Check out the menu on line to get an idea of what your in for. I had tuna tempura, it was the best thing I ate in weeks. My girlfriend had the chicken cheasapeake, she is not as adventurous as I am, the crab imperial was excellent. We ordered a steamed clamp appetizer, they were served in a white wine and herb broth that i would drink by the glass. The bar seemed busy and the drink menu looked good.
Their location uptown is quite unique from what we were used to downtown. It has a bar, so u can enjoy the games and some drinks. We wanted to see the difference from the other location they have in ocean city, except the atmosphere inside, pizza came out with a quite burnt (dark brown) crust, and the toppings were too blend... maybe it was our luck however, there are other places we would better go for a pizza when visiting the town.
In the summer days, coming from philly to the beach we ordered several times, we custom ordered with toppings we enjoy. The ingredients felt fresh, I liked the cheese, not sure what brand they use. They have fresh basil, oregano outside, like a little garden. That is quite nice for a pizza place. The service is kind of slow though at rush hours... But the location makes it for it, it's a jump from the beach and on the main street.
