We cannot say enough positive things about the great work this company did for us. Syd has some wonderful and professional people working for him. We especially would like to recognize Jake, Steven and Dustin (red), for their great work ethic and dedication to the job. It turned out awesome. Highly recommended.

I guess the last time some one gave a review it was great but now not so. They are very bad at what they do did my slab twice and failed both times. Smart mouth help had to kick off property they dont have the right tools for the job. Over herd the help talking about smoking the joint they left in the ash tray in the truck when they left it was nice that sid the owner tried to make it good but still i would have gone with some one who did it right so I will thake the puddle of water that sits in the middle of my slab so i wont have to have them back on my property and call it a bad mistake hiring this bozo and do my best to spread the word beware by the way if any of the bozos that work for this company are able to read this learn what a screed is mybe you will get it flat morons

All Tractor & Site Work Inc
Hired Jeremy and Dennis on two separate occasions. Great people to work with, very reasonable rates, hard workers who know how to get things done. Built a 1/4 mile access road and a 420' driveway, cleared large stumps and erected a 18' high by 14' wide pine log entrance archway.

Highly recommended! The entire crew was professional and paid attention to every detail. We are simply amazed at how the decorative concrete changed the entire look of our pool deck. We plan to have additional work done in the future. You won't be disappointed with this company. GREAT WORK & customer service.

My sincere thanks for the beautiful patio I now have. In my 23 years in Ocala, I have never had such competent young men working around my home. Please pass my appreciation on to them. Next time you are in OTOW please leave a few cards for me...I'm getting a few inquiries from neighbors. Thanks again!! Ms. C. L. Smith

Balcom Concrete Services
Absolutely do not use!!!. I paid them $12,000 to put in a new driveway. Within 2 months over 6 cracks appeared. I gave him the opportunity to replace the damaged sections and the reply was 'can't do it. its too expensive' and offered simply to fill in the cracks. Cost me another $3M to replace. We are now going to court.

I was leary about talking to contractors, worried they might try to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge about what I wanted. Bruce immediately put me at ease. He was very patient with my questions and offered some great suggestions. I love my new patio.
Tips & Advices
Resurfacing, where a contractor removes and replaces the top layer of concrete, is a middle ground between multiple patch jobs and a complete replacement.
Homeowners should work with a concrete contractor who is either certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations for high-quality results. These individuals adhere to professional guidelines and are versed in industry and safety standards. Such organizations include: American Concrete Institute (ACI) American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) and National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA).

Wet concrete can irritate the skin or cause first-, second-, or third-degree chemical burns. Cement dust contains silica, which damages the lungs and can lead to cancer or silicosis. Many concrete mixtures contain cement, so homeowners should be careful if contractors create the concrete on site. Anyone who touches wet concrete or dust should wash their skin with soap and cold water.
Colored concrete is created by blending liquid, granular or powdered iron oxide pigments with natural concrete. These pigments are either mined directly from the earth or manufactured in a chemical plant.
