Bright Now! Dental
My name is Ken LaBrie - I'm the singer songwriter whose #1 in the Ken LaBrie search on Google. I'm a real person with a real set of beautiful teeth thanks to BrightNow Dental. In Ocala Florida. Not to call YPMovile User and outright liar, but, here I am! Our experience with Bright Now! Dental was simply perfect in every way! From the receptionists to the dentists and every one in between, they were all just incredible! My wife Sue, and I have needed some extensive work done on our teeth over the past several months. My smile and my bite are the best they have ever been thanks to these fine professionals.First of all, let me say, the entire staff was more than just polite - they genuinely cared about us. During all of our visits there and at every juncture along the way, each staff person showed such professionalism. I cannot stress enough, from the office manger, the hygienist, the dental assistants, the receptionists, and especially the doctors themselves, they were all so caring and very, very good at their respective positions. At this local Ocala practice, I've found some of the finest professionals I've ever met. It's not, "just another day at work" with this exceptional group of individuals and I can only hope that Bright Now! Dental hangs on to each one of them!If you are seeking a good dentist, surrounded by a great group of caring professionals, I strongly recommend that you give Bright Now! Dental in Ocala, Florida a call!

Dr. Amy Sagatys, DMD
My best Dental experiences of my 67 yr old life! I've had claustrophobic issues in the past and only one or two have been sensitive to that. Dr Amy and her assistant listen to my requests and we have no problems. Amy is very patient and friendly. She takes time to explain things up front as well as while she's working which I appreciate. All of her staff are very friendly and helpful too. I could not more highly recommend her to anyone new to the area or looking for a dentist that's truly gentle.

Darby John F Jr DDS
I was recently a surgical patient of Dr. John Darby. I had two skin grafts done due to gum recession. Of course I was a bit nervous but I was immediately put at ease by Dr. Darby and his staff. Everyone in the office is so nice and so professional. They made my experience very pleasant. The procedure was pain free and recovery was much easier than I anticipated. I highly recommend Dr. Darby and his staff as they are the very best!

Coast Dental
I have had ONE bad experience here, YEARS AGO, with a Dr who is no longer there (thankfully). I am now a patient of Dr. Taiwo, and I am actually HAPPY to go to the office now. She is GREAT, has a friendly staff, and I have NEVER had any hassles there at all. Everything is explained to me up front, the cost is explained before any work is done. I have no desire to go to any other dentist again!

Azalea Dental
I am a nurse and therefore very detailed in my observations regarding medical establishments. The staff in Azalea dental are kind, professional, skilled, polite, caring. They were very flexible with the prices and freely gave substantial discounts. It is not easy to find a good dental office that is affordable. . this is it.

Azalea Dental
This is a great dentist. He xrayed my tooth for free. Other dentist were charging $70-$100. I can't afford that. I was able to fix my tooth for $148.00. That is the cheapest in town. Even Langley charges $100.00 for an office visit. This is the only place I will go.

Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future

Just a moment...
