Oak Ridge Nissan
So after many years of drving his Chevy my husband finally decided to purchase a new vehicle. We came across Oakridge Nissan and they had the perfect car, the only problem was it was located in Tenessee and we were in Georgia, we were a liitle hesitant about purchasing a car from the internet but decided to take a chance. The car advertised was beautiful, and well priced. My husband called about the vehicle and dealt with Josh Jackson. He made the process of buying so smooth. We respected his honesty and straight forwardness. So we made a day trip out of it and picked up my husbands car it was exactly as advertised, detailed precisely and ready to go we were in and out in less than an hour! Thanks so much Josh We will be back!

Rivers Total Car Care
First… I would just like to Thank You guys for such great and fast service. I would highly recommend this repair shop. My maintenance check engine light came on as I was one day away from going out of town. Of course the worst timing ever! I needed someone to find the issue and quickly get my car back to me. As I am new to the area and unfamiliar with Oak Ridge a co-worker of mine told me to go to this shop and they would take care of me. Thanks so much for the recommendation as I took my car in that morning and had it back before the day ended. Couldn’t have worked out better!

Secret City Chrysler, Dodge & Jeep
Secret city dodge is a family friendly environment, with great service. I was looking for a nice sports car and they looked hard and long till we found the right one. On top of that this was my first big car purchase so I got denied by the banks. They told me not to worry they'd work something out, they held true to their words and now I'm in my new car. COULDNT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE OR A BETTER EXPERIENCE!!!

Oak Ridge Nissan
Contacted Oak Ridge via USAA Auto Buying Service. Dealership personnel were helpful and professional. We did not feel pressured throughout the process and got the deal we wanted without the usual back and forth. The manager gave us a price, we countered and the deal was done. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Countryside Tire and Auto Service
These guys are great. My wife went here for a problem with her car after a bad experience at a local competitor. They figured out the problem and fixed it for a great price. I bought tires for my SUV and they are great. Super friendly and honest, we'll be back for future service!

Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
