    For any future bride, do NOT and i repeat DO NOT go to HOB. They are absolutely horrible. The staff started off nice but the minute my mom told them that she can only make a down payment and not entire payment, they became extremely rude and didn't care about our business anymore. Also at first they told me my dress would come in by Thanksgiving time, and come December 1st, i still didn't have my dress. I called the store and they told me not til february. I called in February and they told me not til the end of February and actually possibly beginning of March due to Chinese New Year. REALLY? What does my dress have to do with Chinese New Year?! Also because of Chinese New Year it was a 2 week delay. When i called in the beginning of March, the lady told me she couldnt give me a status only a manager can and the manager wont be back til Monday. My mom calles that monday and they told her the manager will be in at one, so she leaves a message and never gets a call. She calls back the following day and they tell her the lady she left message with didnt relay it to manager and the manager wouldnt be back in until the next day. Manager calls my mom back the following day and tells her she will look into it. My dress finally came in March 12th. And guess what another problem. My dress doesnt button properly at the top. I refuse to let HOB ever touch my dress for alterations. I'm bringing my dress elsewhere for it. Only hoping I have enough time. My wedding is May 24th and I Just got my dress back. This is causing so much stress that i nor my mom should have. Thought they are suppose to make the Bride happy for the big day but it was the total opposite. Now it will cost more money to fix some things. Ladies dont put extra wedding stress on yourself, by coming here. I found a maid of honor dress for my MOH at HOB but due to the stress level, i looked else where. David's Bridal treats their guests well. i wish i went there. I only went to HOB due to family tradition and I will not be continuing this tradition with my daughters.

    DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! At first i thought i made a good choice by choosing HOB. But that was before my wedding dress came in. First, it came in late, second, it was the cheap-low quality version of the one i picked out. When i asked to see the sample so i can compare the two dresses the sales associate claimed it was sold. Really?!! out of all of the dresses that they offer mine was the only one gone! the worn out, dirty and large sample was gone. Im sure! Third, the were rude! The only nice person there was Carol! She was friendly and honest.



    HOB HAS BAD BUSINESS ETHICS! THE COMPANY SHOULD BE EMBARRESSED OF THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES!



    If you wish to have a pleasant wedding dress experience then do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

    Funny thing is I wrote a negative review about my experience at this particular House of Brides and it has strangely been deleted. I don't feel like writing the entire negative experience again, but I will say DO NOT GO THERE. They were very very very rude and when my dress arrived and didn't fit they offered no apologies no help or anything. I could go on and on, but I had written a lengthy review before and it was deleted.
