Jedi's Garden Restaurant
I ordered food from Jedis online. Keep in mind, I ordered at 10:04 pm. I had worked and just gotten ny teething baby down for the night and realized I hadn't eaten. My order was placed, I got the confirmation email and text, then a text saying my order was on it's way. At 1115, the time the text said to expect my food, I called. A manager told me they had not gotten my order and insisted it wasn't their fault and he could do nothing. I contacted grub hub customer service, and they called Jedis. This changed the outcome, suddenly there was a problem with the fax machiene... If that was the case it wouldn't have sent me a text saying my food was coming. Someone on the staff is just plain lazy. By the timw everything was straightened out, no where would deliver that late! I'd never recommend jedis.

I went with my family of four and had the Southwest chicken wrap with fries. The wrap was very tasty. Highly recommend it. Their fries were pretty good too. They were hot and crispy. The wrap was worth it because it was packed with tasty chicken chunks, lettuce, tomato and ranch. I'm glad I ordered it. Their menu is awesome! They have lots to choose from even though they are a very cozy (small) restaurant. They only have 6 four person tables, and 1 two person table. That's to let you know how small they are. Yet, when we went on a Friday evening (at 6:30pm), they were not packed. They was only one family there. Soon after we came, another two came, but there were still a few tables open. We did get served some delicious warm buns with butter, which were great and I regret not taking the two that were left home. The ambiance is ok. Most menu items were around $7-10. Their soft drinks are Pepsi products only. I don't remember her saying they had Mt. Dew though (which is a Pepsi product), but they do have raspberry iced tea and lemonade as well. For the kids they have chocolate milk and pop, but not any juice (unfortunately). The waitress was very friendly and attentive. She tried to be social also, even though she was the only one there and had two other tables to tend to. The bathroom is pretty good sized and well kept, clean. They even have a small table that you can change an infant on, but not a toddler. They do have a hot air hand dryer next to that table, but it's an older, quieter version, not one of the newer, annoyingly loud ones. My opinion: it's worth stopping by when you see that they are not busy and you don't want to deal with the hassle of waiting for a table at a big name restaurant in the area. The link to their site:

The waitresses do not use gloves for salads. They eat off people's plates. Drop food on floor and put it back on plate. Cooks do not use gloves. Manager allows this. Unexeptable. Bread is used over and over. I would call food in specter. Very dirty until supervised establishmentioned. Don't eat there.

Jedi's Garden Restaurant
Me and the Mrs. Went here for dinner one night. And we will NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN! The food was over priced. It was cold and of poor quality. Service was just as bad as the food. Then we got hit with a 50+ dollar bill. For a dinner for 2. Terrible.

My family and I went to Jedis Garden on a regular basis. Until the last time our waitress was wonderful. The food is ok. Not the best. We basically went there because of the server. There are 2 young men that I believe are managers. They treat their employees like they are dirt. We witnessed him basically have a temper tantrum in the middle of the restaurant at a waitress I believe her name is Peggy. This was the last time I would bring my family to this horrible place. We also saw roaches at that same visit. Never again!!!!!

Stacked is, just awesome!!!! The food is second to none and the prices are very fair for what you're getting. Portions are huge, and creative with the menu, unlike others in Oak Lawn. Stacked is so clean, very "today", crisp and a trendy place. YOU GO STACKED!!!!!

Just a moment...
