Service was Horrible, the blonde clerk there on Dec. 7th at 7:30 pm is racist and would not cash my check because I am of Hispanic decent. When I walked in and walked up to the window she would not even speak to me, or respond to any of my questions when I asked her why she was refusing to cash my 2 week old check. She said she had to verify my check, she refused to take ID. She refused to give me her full name all she would give me was her fisrt name - if that is even her name."Beth". Beth gave us American citizens the WORST service for a $100 dollar check. SHe even called the company that wrote the check to us. She SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD !!!!! She refused to cash my check. I am beyond dissatisfied with her service.

First i want to start by saying that I never been humiliated and treated like my business was never appreciated since this is not the first time I attend to this currency.My wife was once treated the same way,but she never told me because she don't like problems.But when she started to send me to pay our utility bills, I understood that there was something wrong.She actually was scare to enter this currency and never told me why.Until i found out by my own self and lived her bad experience with a ruthless employee.When i enter this currency i was behind a customer awaiting to get service and i notice that the customer was having a language barrier with the employee.I try to help with the translation because i notice it was a problem and it was holding up the rest of customers in line as well.But after the customer was finish with her business she thank me for helping her distress she was having at the time.The employee called me to the window but she seem very upset already by the look she was giving me.While she was looking at me with an angry look,i handed her my utility bills i had at the time to her and she threw them back to me under the window and said screaming "take your business elsewhere". I encourage anyone with issues to speak up and I'd like to get in contact with management or higher authority to file a complaint however the employee refused to supply any such information and there was none posted. The employee was a heavy set African American women with glasses and some grey hair sitting at the 2ND/3rd window from the left. This incident occurred on 9/11/09 Friday around 10:30am-12pm, if this establishment has video cameras this can prove my case and I encourage management to better staff and train their employees since we are the customers keeping you in business.
