This is the best dental office I have ever been to! I have been to only one other dentist that just retired. My mother and sister worked in the office. My sister is a hygienist and my mother was the office manager. I must admit, this office is run more professionally, cleaner and everyone is nicer than the one where my own family worked. The hygienist cleaned my teeth better than any other hygienist than the other office including my own sister. I thought I would have a difficult time finding a good dentist to replace my former one. I was referred to this office by a neighbor and I’m so glad she did. The best!

The staff here is always waiting with a smile, knows me personally, and always keeps me informed. You will know going in, what they think is best for you, what options you have, and they will let you know each and every move they are about to make. (very important for most in a dental office). I am very stand-offish when it comes to dental work, but the professionals at O'fallon Dental are very concerned about my comfort level. I must have been asked 20 times during my visit if I was doing okay. O'fallon Dental has earned a lifetime patient in me.

O'Fallon Dental Care
I've been going to O'Fallon Dental Care for several years and have had only wonderful experiences. Dr. Senderovich is an excellent dentist--I've had root canals, fillings, and experienced no pain during each procedure. The dental hygienist, Jill, is very gentle and knowledgeable about dental health--ask for her when you make an appointment. I go twice a year now for checkups and cleanings, and have had no cavities for the past three years, thanks to O'Fallon Dental Care.

I needed a new dentist and tried this office because a friend suggested it to me. The dentist, Dr. Palmer, is phenomenal! Very friendly and she really listened to me about my concerns. The rest of the staff was great as well and worked with me to get the best care, while making sure I was comfortable with everything. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family!

I came to United States from Ukraine. Due to my experience with dentist at the orphanage where they strapped us in and drilled without medicine, I was terrified of dentists! Dr Dennis is the only dentist I have gone to since the first visit and that was 10 years ago! Love the staff! Can't wait to see their office when it is done being built off of Highway K!

Barry Brace DMD & Associates are amazing! The doctors and the staff are always nice and truly trying to make you feel as comfortable as they can. I have always had anxiety of the dentist, but after my experience at their office I will never go to a another dentist again! I wouldn’t change anything about your office!

I tell co-workers and friends when they ask that my Dentist office is all about making the patient comfortable. The staff goes over and beyond the call of duty in helping to resolve any problems you may have. Which helps make going to the Dentist easy. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

I would tell them that I think Dr Graham and the rest of the staff are wonderful. My fear of the dentist had prevented me from seeing one for more than 10 years. Now I’m not afraid at all. Wonderful!!! I can’t think of anything to make it any better. Why try to fix perfection!
Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future
