Incompetent customer service and delivery staff. We have had (2) deliveries scheduled and neither one was successful. The first delivery was scheduled a month in advance and they just never showed up. The second time they pulled up to our driveway but never got out of the delivery truck. My 9 month pregnant wife was waiting on them to come to the door and they just drove off. When I called them they told me "No, one was home" and instead of coming back to the house they told me they would have to reschedule for another day. They couldn't have been more than 5 miles from our house when I called. SMH. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

I purchased a living room set on 5/2/2007. It was scheduled for delivery today 5/12/2017. Since no one had called to offer a delivery time, I went directly to the store. They looked in their computers and said there was no delivery date and also added the sofas were not even in stock! When the assistant manager asked what he could do to make the situation right, I said, "Just give me the floor models in place of the ones you were going to deliver." He told me he couldn't do that. So, I got my money back, which was several thousands of dollars. Ashley lost a sale and a good customer they've had for a long time. Don't shop at Ashley.

Visiting this store is horrible. It is so obvious that the sales associates work on commission! When you first walk it you can almost see them racing to see who will get to you first. They're very over powering and won't leave you alone.

Horrible website for viewing furniture. I am shopping for a dining room set. Pics are so small you have to click on everyone one to view it in a bigger pop up. Too time consuming. Moving on to another store's site.

My stars are for Customer Service.Shop with caution. The sales people are very pleasant while you are deciding. Once the papers are signed they disappear into the woodwork. Delivery was "slam bam thank you man". Furniture was not fully assembled which required a service call. The request was submitted and lost. A week later the request was resubmitted and scheduled 10 days later. While the furniture is good, I think one can do better if money is an issue. I would not buy from them again.
