Marshall Ford
We bought a used truck from here and we did all of it over the phone w salesmen mike f. He prepared all paperwork for us and everything before we arrived. We had test drove the truck a couple of night before hand and loved it. We were there only an hour to pick up the truck and sign paperwork once we were ready to buy the truck. We had some issues w the truck appearance like chips on the paint, crack in bug guard after we got it home so I called mike up and he agreed to fix all of it. He answered all the questions we had kindly since I called him several times before and after we bought the truck. Excellent service all around and when we buy another truck it will be from him. I will recommend him to everyone I know!!!! Thanks for being such an awesome person and doing such a great job!

4-11-2013Marshall Ford provided a GREAT car buying experience. The entire staff made us feel welcome and at home from the first visit. Sales Associate Jim Parisi was pleasant and professional in every instance and worked diligently with New Car Sales Manager Mary Rehkopf to insure my 2014 Mustang GT was ordered correctly and answer all my many questions. The Service Department and Body Shop were equally pleasant and professional during the Pre-Delivery Inspection. The car was beautifully detailed and delivery was on time. Jim Parisi even came in on his day off to deliver the car and as Jim promised, there were no surprises at the time of delivery. It was truly a “Hassle Free” car buying experience.I strongly recommend this dealership and the sales / service staff.

Great service and great prices. These guys are battery experts not just sales men. I bought some rebuilt drill packs from them and I throw them around and they still work great. I will definitely being shopping here more.

Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
