  • Worst Bank in the world!!!

    I wish I could give this bank zero stars. I went to this Wells Fargo on a Friday at 2:30pm to try to complete an ongoing claim, and low and behold, it was closed. The hours of operation online and on the door indicated that it was supposed to be open from 9am until 6pm, so you can image my surprise when I walked up to the door and it was closed. there were no signs indicating a time when someone would return. I waited for 45mins and finally a woman came sauntering toward the front door, taking her sweet time, talking on her cell phone, didn't even address me, and didn't apologize for the fact that the branch was closed without any notification. In addition to all of that, she didn't even attempt to help me out right away. Instead she took her sweet old time to check her email, take another personal call on her cell phone, and walk in the back to get some water. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I hope that all of her accounts get taken away from her and that she gets demoted or fired. Beware if you go to that branch and encounter someone named Sujin. Immediately ask for someone else because she is the most incompetent person I have ever encountered at any bank. I'm glad I don't bank with Wells Fargo anymore.
