North Little Rock Women's Clinic
Worst Clinic I've witnessed in my 50 years!!!!!If you are looking for post child-birth care and are in sever pain DO NOT GO HERE!!!! "Dr. Shannon Case" at 3401 Springhill Dr North Little Rock, AR 72117 ("The North Little Rock Women's Clinic") is one of the most uncompassionate Doctors' that I have ever seen... My poor wife... Just letting other people know, who arein need medical attention, not to waste your time.. NEGITIVE 5 STARS!!!!!!!! 1 1/2 hour wait just to see a nurse practitioner....Really?

They didn't not call in my medicine I needed and this mistake cause me to go over a week without my medication. I have also been trying to make an appointment for over a week! I can not get through and I have left several messages with no return phone call. I have seen other reviews with the same issue about making appointments and the response was they would fix this issue well obviously they have not!!! I would NOT suggest this place to anyone they do not care about their patients.A response for me on google review was to contact the clinic.... What do you think I have been trying to do..... They won't answer or call me Back when I leave several messages....

I'm so annoyed with this clinic and the way they never answer the phone!! What if there was an emergency and I couldn't get ahold of my doctor? I had to call thirty times in a row just to get someone to pick up so I could get a referral to see my damn dentist, now I can't get ahold of them to find out about my lab results so I decided to come post a bad review because this sh*t is getting old!!!

Ok i see Dr. bryan fuller he is amazing!!!! He actually cares about his patients. His nurses are the awesome also. They got back to me in the same day unless i called like after 3 but they called the next day. They make you feel comfortable. My friend goes to his dad Dr. Dale Fuller and she said he is awesome. Dr. Bryan Fuller has delivered my two boys. The front desk sometimes can be a handful sometimes but after working in the front office of a clinic i can understand how stressful it can be. They never snapped at me but you could tell they were stressed. They are humans just like us, they have lifes outside of there. I think the clinic is great and the people in it. Hope this changes some peoples mind after the negative ratings. :)

Travelers beware! I needed a Tricare provider while traveling because of pregnancy. My OB at home made the referral through Tricare for a one time routine visit (no testing, just heart monitor, blood pressure, etc.) I would have my records with me and this office will not take me. VERY unhelpful.

Do not bring your kids here. The service is not professional. They don't answer the phone. They charge for canceling the appointment. The staff stand around talking about there personal life while parents are waiting ti be called in the back.
Tips & Advices
OB/GYNs learn to treat infertility as part of their standard education. OBGYNs who further their training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility are known as fertility specialists.
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a treatment where medication is used to replace hormones a woman's body does not create naturally. Women are prescribed either estrogen alone or a mix of estrogen and progesterone. The former is given to women who've had hysterectomies, while the latter is for postmenopausal women. HRT used to be a common treatment, but doctors have prescribed it less often in recent years, as concerns of negative side effects increased.
Endometriosis is a chronic condition where uterine tissue (endometrium) grows in areas outside the uterus. This can cause extreme pain, especially around menstruation and during sex. Other symptoms include infertility, chronic fatigue, and painful urination or bowel movements during menstruation. In addition, many women with endometriosis also have allergies, frequent yeast infections, or sensitivity to certain chemicals.
Morning sickness is a common pregnancy symptom that includes nausea and occasional vomiting. Despite its name, morning sickness can occur at any time of day. The exact reason for this condition isn't clear, although most believe it results from hormone changes affecting muscle contraction and relaxation in the stomach and intestines. Another theory suggests morning sickness is caused by an abundance of intestinal bacteria in pregnant woman.
OBGYNs can prescribe or perform the following types of birth control:
  • Contraceptive pills
  • Birth control shots
  • Implants
  • Diaphragms
  • Vaginal rings
  • Cervical caps
  • Intrauterine devices
  • Tubal ligation
  • Hysterectomies
Women do not need to see an OBGYN to obtain over-the-counter forms of birth control such as male condoms, female condoms, or sponges.
