This place is disgusting! I will NEVER step foot in this dive again! The employees are rude and their appearances are not up to par. I was never greeted or offered the opportunity to place my order, BUT an employee was able to place hers! The crew should be terminated and replaced!!!

Came buy the store today 9-71-16 ordered catfish feast meal southern style catfish meal. Did not get the Corn or the six butterfly shrimp. I was able to call the store. The manager said that she would replace the entire meal..

Every time I go, there is a problem. Once a customer ahead of me didn't know what he wanted so he stepped out of line. The employee proceeded to take my order. The customer came back while I was placing my order and the employee told me to stop and wait so she could take his order. The other customer and the employee were both black and I am white. Color shouldn't matter, but it obviously did to these two. I decided to try it again though and I placed my order with the same girl. She told me the computer was broken and I couldn't get anything after she made my order. I won't go back.

Today was the first time i gotta say i did not like this place. Drive threw was not working and no one inside let any of us in drivethrew know this. sat there for like 10 minutes. then went inside and they where just all in a circle talking and laughing, wow lazy workers at there best today :P

After listening to the perky "can I get you a value meal?" greeting, I was asked to wait. Well, I waited and waited at the speaker with no response. I pulled around to the first window and asked to speak to a manager. When an African American lady with purple (yes purple) asked me what the problem was, I told her I had been at the speaker for at least 5 minutes, and no one acknowledged I was there. She said this was impossible since the timer at the next window didn't indicate that anyone was waiting. A few choice words were said by the group of women, and I left - NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN!!! I know good help is hard to find these days - people of certain ethnicities expect handouts for nothing in return. I see it much too often in this part of town (especially where this Burger King is located). So bad in fact, that the Wal-Mart nearby has to hire off duty and fully uniformed police officers. What has happend to an honest day's work and good customer service? What has happened to today's society? I think the employees (especially (supposed) management should be trained in good customer serivce). After all, if there weren't patrons to the restaurant, how could it earn money and pay it's sorry, lazy employees.
