I am from Erie, Pa and don't presently own a car. I arrived at the Infinity Resources Office located in Harborcreek, Pa 16510 just after 9:00 A.M. local time on May 15th to fill out an application for a job. Since I took the bus, it took about 40 minutes total to get there from downtown. As soon as I started on my application, staff absolutely REFUSED my request to use the rest room, saying they don't have "public rest rooms." I wasn't a public person wandering into the office, I was there to apply for a job. This office wasn't the hood or even close to Center City. It is surrounded by many businesses and busy streets. It is in a very busy part of town with many businesses surrounding the area. Yet, I was refused to use the bathroom, which definitely would've taken less than five minutes total. They suggested I cross busy Buffalo Road & go to K-Mart to use their rest room. I had to relieve myself so bad, I almost got hit by a truck crossing the street. To prove my point even further, there is a sign that says no public rest rooms right there where you apply for the job in the office, unless it has been taken down by now. The entire staff was demeaning, rude and extremely sarcastic ------ not just to me but to any other applicant who entered that specific office. My overall advice: Go somewhere else, we ca do much better than staff who think they are better than everyone else!!!
