I upgraded to a larger vehicle because at 6'5" compacts are just too small. I asked for a upgrade price and I just got a vague answer about my company getting a special rate and he didnt know what it was. I also did not get my drivers license returned to me before I left so I had a problem trying to check into my hotel once I got there. Luckily I had a copy stored on my Phone. They should always hand your license directly back to you not lay it on the counter or wherever. The staff was courteous and all but not getting exact vehicle information was a failure in my opinion. I retrieved my license on return without them even acknowledging that it was not returned to me. No apology. Nothing.

Alamo Rent A Car
I love Alamo in Denver International Airport. Unfortunately if you want to rent from Alamo in Akron Canton Airport and pick up at say 7:00 in the evening, save yourself a step and rent from National, that is who the Alamo sign on the unmanned desk will send you to. And even worse, this last time National did not have my Alamo information! I suppose I should be glad they did not send me to Enterprise....

I booked the car for 10 days and upon arrival at the airport was provided the keys and car location without preinspecting with Enterprise present. I didn't notice a chip in the windshield till I reached my destination. I took a pic with time and date stamp and took the car back to the airport to show and they provided another vehicle without question. Great service.

Overall it was an awesome experience... Great customer service they suggested an upgrade and I'm glad they did cause what I was going to get wouldn't have been enough room. It was only $40 more and I got roadside assistance added to it... The selection could of been a bit bigger I only had a choice between two models.

I have rented from this location a few times. Every time has been very pleasant and the staff was great. My last rental was even upgraded at no cost. I will always rent from this location when I visit.

This is a very easy in and out location. I was early for a car pick-up but they provided a vehicle at that time and it was an upgrade at no extra charge.

Very pleasant office staff. Our pick up was 45 minutes late, so we really had to rush at the airport.We were upgraded to a larger vehicle which was nice.
