Elizabeth's All About Hair
Love, Love, love Melanie at Elizabeths, everyone there is so nice. But Melanie makes my life better. At least as far as my hair is concerned. It is very fine and just a terrible problem to me, at least until Melanie gets her hands on it and then it behave wonderfully. Great cut and color. Just love it. Thanks Melanie

Mens Refinery Barber Spa
Today was my first visit to " the Men's Refinery" and I must say it was the most incredible experience that I have ever had. Ms. Stephanie gave me the "the signature cut" that I have just renamed the Royal Treatment!! It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep twice. This haircut also included a shampoo and a hot towel. I'm suggesting if you took the time to read this review to stop in and experience this for yourself.

Edge Salon & Spa
I had a friend tell me about the massage girl Cissi at Edge Salon & Spa. I had never had a massage so I figured "Why not try it" When you walk in the door you hear "Hello" from several different direction and everyone seems to have a smile to greet you.As far as Cissi, she has great energy (as my wife says) and she listened to me complain about where the pain was (which I had major pain in my shoulders and lower back) , then she showed my on a chart what she would work on and explained why. This was my first massage so I was almost nervous, but Cissi made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me before we got started. If I had questions even during the massage she would explain it to me in a way that made sense. I now see her on a regular basis and would highly recommend her.
Tips & Advices
Plastic surgery comes from the Greek word “plastikos,” which means “to mold” or “to change.” Plastic surgery is a specialty in the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. It includes cosmetic or aesthetic surgery, but also includes reconstructive surgery, craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, and burn treatment.
The vast majority of cosmetic surgical procedures occur on an outpatient basis. With more extensive surgery, such as a tummy tuck, a previous health condition, or monitoring is needed, the doctor might require a short hospital stay.
Depending on the procedure, cosmetic surgery can cost anywhere from several -hundred dollars for facial “filler” injections to $20,000 for extensive invasive surgery. In addition to the surgeon’s fee, the patient or insurance company will be responsible for a surgical facility fee, anesthesia, medical tests, prescriptions, surgical garments, and other miscellaneous costs related to surgery.
According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the top five cosmetic surgical procedures in 2016 were:
  • Liposuction (414,335 procedures)
  • Breast Augmentation (310,444 procedures)
  • Tummy Tuck (181,540 procedures)
  • Eyelid Surgery (173,883 procedures)
  • Breast Lift (161,412 procedures)
Common nonsurgical cosmetic procedures include Botox injections, laser hair removal, and laser skin resurfacing.
While there is no definitive age minimum or maximum for a given procedure, most doctors won’t operate on minors for cosmetic reasons. Beyond the actual surgery, the risks of general anesthesia should be a major consideration for elderly patients.  Good doctors will advise patients against a procedure they think is unnecessary, carries unwanted risk, or won’t produce the desired outcome.
