I will be reporting you to the BBB, I was supposed to receive a call before work was performed. You did work and then took money from the tenant. Now I’m left forced to deal with the bill.

Lee was great! He arrived on time, told me what the problem was, what needed to be done, how much and completed it all that night. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone.

John DiRosato Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc.
So sorry that I used this place. $270 to unclog a drain that took them 10 minutes. I asked for pricing when I called and they said they had to see it and when the gentlemen came I asked about how much will it cost and they said they were not sure and that they would send a bill. Well I got the bill in the mail and am not happy. I understand there is a standard rate and will pay but I feel bit cheated. I called and spoke with the manager about it and he said he would note the complaint on the ticket and that was it. Will not be using them ever again.

Horizon Services
they are the biggest ripoff. all they want to do is upsell . never fixed problem the first time, charged me $179.00. came out second time to fix the first time problem which caused excessive damage to my house. repair man said the first guy never unclogged the drain. After the repair man talked to his boss and told him the damages, he was told to tell me me to get a remidiation crew out and I have to pay them. it is the next day and I still haven't heard nothing back.

Came out to troubleshoot a problem, spent over an hour trying to help me out. Turns out it was a township issue and he couldn't help me. He didn't charge me a cent. Honest, punctual, friendly, & knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Stay away! This is the most expensive contractor I have ever dealt with and they were not even that good. They had two guys come for a one person job and charged $190/hour to put in a faucet that I bought separately. They also charged my $190 in drive time to and from my house. There are many other better and more reasonably priced plumbers. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

R T Plumbing Service
Mr. Busbee, the excellent R & T licensed plumber that responded super rapidly to our phone call for help as water came through our kitchen ceiling, deserves much praise. Within minutes Mr. Busbee diagnosed the problem of a corroded trap in the 2nd floor bathroom tub. Skillfully, he assembled the needed fittings and installed them with care, precision, and dexterity. All the while he remained respectful, cheerful and impressive and left our house spic and span. WONDERFUL SERVICE!
Tips & Advices
Usually, a leaky or dripping faucet is an easy fix that can be done by anyone who is even slightly handy with tools.. To fix it, first shut off the water under the sink then remove any decorative parts of the faucet and replace the washer and O-ring before reassembling everything.
To keep yourself safe from fraud or a possible scam, always remember to ask plumbers for their license along with a written warranty for their labor. Besides this, further safeguard yourself by checking their references and ensure they or their company is insured and bonded to do their work.
If you're having hot water issues, you can examine the thermostat and adjust it accordingly. If you hear odd sounds coming from your water heater, it could be due to sediment building up. To get rid of this, make sure you clean out the heater every few months. However, if you hear a boiling noise, it could mean the heater is overheating and you should call a plumbing professional as soon as possible.
Frozen pipes are hazardous and can cause massive amounts of damage to your home. To prevent your pipes from freezing during the winter, run your faucets at a trickle and keep your house's heater at 55 degrees Fahrenheit or above to keep the water flowing.
  • Be mindful of how much water you use in your bathroom, kitchen and even outdoors when watering your lawn.
  • Make sure your toilet handle works properly and doesn't stick.
  • Replace old shower heads with more efficient low-flow options that can cut down on the gallons of water you use each morning.
  • Turning off the water while you brush your teeth
  • Only running your dishwasher or clothes washer when you have a full load.
