We had previously bought a 2012 Charger from Russell last year so we knew exactly who to come to and how great he was at his job. When we got in, Russell was with a customer but he immediately set us up with Stephen Allen to start looking for the car we wanted. Both Russell and Stephen were totally familiar with the 2014 Charger inventory at the dealership and we wasted no time finding the exact Charger we wanted. We worked a deal in what seemed like no time and got out of the dealership with everything accomplished. Manny in Finance helped and walked us through all of the finance paperwork and explained everything to us as we went through it. Then after explaining to Russell that we would come in the morning to go through all the delivery items because we were all exhausted, he set us up for first thing. When we arrived this morning, Russell walked us though every feature on our vehicle and Stephen found us to make sure everything went as we expected from David Stanley's exceptional service. I would and do happily refer car buyers to Russell Jackson and will now tell them to see Stephen Allen if Russell is not available. I have always hated car buying in the past but with these two salesmen and David Stanley, it was a virtually painless experience. We will happily come back and buy again.

I purchased a vehicle at David Stanley on Labor Day and Ron Ake assisted us. He and his manager that day were exceptionally helpful! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the high quality of service that they provided.Last night, 10/13/14, I returned with my daughter to look at a specific vehicle for her. We didn't particularly care for the car we came to see, but Luther Thompson, who was helping us, and his manager, Jerry (sorry don't remember the last name ) worked very hard to find us a vehicle that suited my daughters needs. Again, both men made the experience very pleasant and painless! My congratulations on having a sales staff that is second to NONE, and a facility that is very nice!! Everyone, especially Ron and Luther, were very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. They worked very hard to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase, and at an agreeable price. In the future I will tell everyone I know that the best experience I have EVER had purchasing vehicles was at David Stanley Chevrolet, and I will tell them to ask for Ron and/or Luther. Great guys!! Obviously, you can expect all of my business in the future as well.

I absolutely HATE car shopping. The sales people following you around, playing games with the prices, pushing you towards a vehicle they need to sell, but your not interested in, etc., etc. It is all about what the sales person needs....IMAGINE how pleasantly surprised and pleased my wife and I were when NONE of this happened!! David worked hard to get us what WE wanted. He never pushed and never pressured. He let us test drive several vehicles and was patient through it all. He let my wife and I discuss in private what we wanted.He let us make up our minds and let us decide. David worked for us and we enjoyed the experience.Then came the time to purchase. We both expected (and we absolutely hate) the yo-yo game where the sales person goes back and forth trying to get more down and higher payments out of you. BUT THIS NEVER HAPPENED!!Thank you for an enjoyable car buying experience

We were undecided on the choice between 2 vehicles, when we arrived at Ferguson for the test drive of the Acadia. Chris Johnston was very accommodating of our situation and supplied us with all the info we would require to make our decision. After visiting the "other" dealership for a test drive, we retired to lunch to mull over a decision. Both vehicles were great, but the Acadia fit our needs perfectly. The difference in the dealership's attitude actually helped make our mind up on which vehicle to purchase. We could not be happier with the vehicle, or the dealership.

Marcus was very good about listening to us and getting right to the vehicle that my wife Judy was looking for. When we sit down and discussed what we would agree to buy the vehicle for we were pleased to see that Marcus was willing to work with us and make the deal. We were able to close the deal without a lot of hassle. We both felt comfortable in buying our new 2013 Equinox LTZ model even though it was needing some attention from the hail storm. My wife is looking forward to driving a new vehicle since she has been driving her last one for 11 years.

The overall experience was very good. My only problems were 1) They had actually sold the truck I had indicated I wanted on Friday evening and I called Kendall back on Saturday and told him I would be in on Monday to close the deal. When I got there on Monday there was confusion about the truck I wanted to purchase, saying they had sent it for a lift kit. When actually they had sent a different truck and then sold the truck I had indicated I wanted. 2) I was in your dealership for over 5 hours on Monday finalizing the deal on a different vehicle.

Les is an all round top notch person. Knowledgeable on Corvettes and not a pushy salesman. There were a bunch of what looked like vaccuum salesmen lurching around the lot and I am glad I did not have to deal with any of them. I have referred my brother to Les and he has also ordered a Corvette. I feel like Les is a friend now. I will be back every couple of years to trade in my car and get another one and I will do that wherever Les is and only with Les.

We enjoyed doing business at Marc Heitz. The salesman, Karriem Allah, was friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We also enjoyed visiting with Jeremy Wright in finance. We just had to wait a short time for paperwork to be completed, but waiting in such a nice atmosphere was pleasant. The lodge decor is comfortable and inviting. In fact, the outside look was a factor in us stopping at Marc Heitz.

Scout Auto Repair
We mistakenly asked for the wrong thing to be repaired on our Taurus. The folks at Scout determined what we really needed and made sure it got fixed, without any additional labor charge. They do very good work and they are helpful, honest and fair. Their prices are great too. You would pay as much or more anywhere else and probably not get a quality repair like you would at Scout. Highly recommended.
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.

  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
