    Very dissatisfied. They are also called Jakes Custom Diesel. Truck was having some trouble was reluctant taking it to him vs. Ford. Talked he him and he reassured us they would take care of it. He told us it was HPOP, we had just replaced that. Told us the one we replaced it with was "faulty" . He wanted to put one he had in. We asked what if you do that and find that not the issue. He said he would eat the cost. Two weeks late, yes two weeks. tell us truck is done. Paid $2170, he claims he was giving us a deal. Drove off, turned around and drove right back. He said there could be air in oil line, "just drive the hell out of it, should be fine." Still not fine two day later, take it back. The truck was there another two weeks in which we called and texted with no response what-so-ever. No call back, no return message, nothing. Stopped in and heard "We haven't got to it yet, your truck is in line not sure when we will get to it". Again messaged Jake about why it was "in-line" to begin with since they told us it was fixed but it was not. No response to that message either. Finally he calls and says the truck is done and there was a leak in the oil rail, he is going to give us a deal $400. We questioned why he was asking for more payment. "Well my guy had to break it down" At this point truck has been there for almost a month and need the truck for work. Asked how sure he was it was taken care of. "oh, it is golden now". We were hopeful....but left stranded on the job at 3 in the morning. NOT BRINGING IT BACK! Sent message to Jake asking for a refund and of course no response. Unfortunately, we will be moving forward because he was clearly given the opportunity to make it right, his only interest was in getting another buck. And he truly could care less about his customers. Did not acknowledged message asking for refund. He give small shops a bad name, The truck now at Ford.
