Be very careful of this management company. My daughter signed a lease Jan 2014 but they requested a guarantor - she had no job. I would not sign and as it turned out she moved to Nashville in May 2014. In March 2014, she let Ms Donaldson know that she would not need the apt in August 2014 because she was moving out of state. The apt complex has turned my daughter in to a collection agency for $7000 even though I never signed as a guarantor, my daughter didn't and doesn't have a job, and my daughter never received a key or moved in to this apartment complex. Ridiculous. Only expect worse if you actually live there!

Crimson Park is an over-priced apartment complex that on the outside exudes all the amenities of a high-scale community, but from an insider perspective, fails to meet the basic needs of a college student. The internet service is provided by a low-brow external company that provides very weak service throughout the apartment, and no individual routers, forcing an entire building of students and working families to share an internet source. Parking was always hard to come by, as loud parties drew crowds that took up parking overnight despite a feeble attempt to distribute parking passes to residents. The management seemed to change frequently during my two years at Crimson Park, and the quality of the apartments slowly decreased over that time period. While support staff have been helpful and courteous, higher-level employees lacked the same servant spirit, and the organization as a whole operated like a scam, beginning to pile on charges with little explanation. I had difficulty even finding a reporting of my kilowatt hours through the, again small, external group Crimson Park used for utilities billing (which charged an extra and unnecessary $2.50 fee each month). Even after leaving Crimson Park I faced the lack of professionalism from the staff, as I received a bill of my outstanding balance, with no explanation of the charges to my account which greatly exceeded the deposit amount (which I never saw). As a student from Norman, I know that Norman offers great locations to live with better conditions than Crimson Park, but at lower prices. I think part of living at Crimson Park is paying for the guise that this complex operates under: that one lives at a fancy, high class college-fun epicenter. In reality, I gained little from my experience at this complex, save for stronger relationships with my roommates due to a shared distaste for the conditions and the necessity to all pile in the common room to access a web page. I do not recommend Crimson Park to friend or foe. Until the management begins to pay a little extra to provide quality utilities and services and operates under a more professional scheme, Crimson Park will be lacking any qualities that could positively color your college experience.
