Stoltenberg, Braden
Dr. Stoltenberg is the very best! His caring shows through all facets of his work. He’s never rushed. As a lifelong dental phone, Dr. Stoltenberg makes me want to go to the dentist.

Norman Regional Hospital
visited ER. Took me right in where I sit back for two hours before anyone visited except insurance computer woman..then a nurse came in with HER computer then left. Doctor came in about an hour later, spent exactly two minutes thirty-eight seconds (my wife was timing) nodded a lot, then left after ordering some blood work and x-ray. All seemed norman so I was advised to see my doctor on Monday. My bill after insurance, was almost $800.00 for physician fee. I called complaint line and they said management would investigate, received a letter about a month later saying, they had indeed 'investigated, informed physician of my displeasure and that they were sorry they had not met with my expectations. End of story in their world, I guess. I WILL be following up on Monday with an attorney.....

Lifetime Dental of Norman
Long story short, I have been to this office on 6 different occasions just to get a cap put on. I have had to have a root canal because they hit a nerve while fixing a cavity which cost me an extra $1,800. The temporary cap has fallen off 2 times. I plead with you to go somewhere else for the sake of your wallet and time.

Dr. Gabriel G Bird, DDS
Sorry, but Dr. Bird was NOT a good dentist for my husband and me. We had our teeth cleaned by his hygienist and that was good, but when he gave us both fillings, that was not good. First, his shot hurt terribly. I have had a lot of dental shots in the past and this shot hurt really, really badly. When I asked him about it, he and his assistant said something like, "If it's not stinky and doesn't hurt, then it's not good dentistry." Sorry--but that's not true. I've had a LOT of dental work in the past, due to a car accident, and it didn't hurt. Also, the fillings he gave both of us were rough to our tongues and he got the composite material on the surrounding teeth, making that also rough to our tongues. My husband's filling fell out a week later and my filling has broken and part of it fell out. To me, that is NOT good dentistry.

Dr. James R. Yeary, DDS
This is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. James Yeary is amazing. His staff gets an A+ all around. I couldn't be happier with my smile. In fact, he's made me smile more. He's changed my opinion about going to the dentist. The entire staff makes you feel at ease. Most of the offices that I’ve been to in the past make you feel small. Not them, they give advice, recommend a treatment plan and then it's up to you to follow. I followed and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. My SMILE is perfect! "Thank you" just doesn't seem enough. Visit this office, you will not be disappointed. They are changing lives, one mouth at a time :)

Aspen Dental
Great! Going to the dentist has been a "bad experience" all my life. Not anymore. Recently went to Aspen to get dentures. Everyone there is REALLY caring and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Prices much more affordable than any other dentist I have ever visited. Really glad I found them.

Tips & Advices
The most common dental problems in children are:
  • Cavities
  • Bad breath
  • Gum disease
  • Sensitive teeth
  • Grinding
  • Canker sores
  • Missing teeth
  • Extra teeth
  • Bite and alignment issues
Thumb sucking is not specifically a dental problem, but it can cause a malocclusion, a condition where the top and bottom teeth don't line up correctly.
To clean a baby's teeth, use a small, soft-bristled toothbrush designed specifically for infants. Apply a tiny amount of non-fluoride toothpaste - about the size of a grain of rice - and gently brush all sides of the teeth and the tongue. Before the baby's first teeth emerge, use gauze or a wet washcloth wrapped around the finger to wipe the gums. This motion doesn't necessarily reduce bacteria, but it does help the infant to get used to the sensation of having his or her teeth cleaned.
Children should visit their pediatric dentist every six months. This recommended frequency does not change throughout a person's lifetime.
No, wisdom teeth do not need to be removed unless they cause pain, lead to dental issues, or are aligned incorrectly.
Yes, dental sealants prevent cavities by filling in deep grooves in the teeth. Without them, bacteria can collect in these areas and cause tooth decay, which can happen with children.
