Came in this morning. Everything was fine. Till I showed the owner my own hair dye and asked her can she put it in my hair. She said yes she can but there's a charge which I expected. So she washing my hair when I asked her this. So after a few mins she asked me if I was using a cc or cash. I said card now this lady going to ask me. Once she fininsh putting my rinse in can I go get cash her cc machine down. Why as a business owner wouldn't you have that posted on the door. Who carries cash anymore... I felt like she just told me that. Then they doing deep conditions without asking. I been here before and I know the routine ma'am. Won't be back.

This place is a trip!! I don't know why the owner doesn't just close this place DOWN. They will have a "closed" sign up or a "we'll be back" sign on the door on a regularly scheduled day in a minute! and will go out while you're under the dryer and no one will touch you in the meantime or tell you anything...they definitely don't have enough "good" stylists for the number of customers. On the up side they can do hair pretty decent but its getting to that point is stressful there. Just this past Monday after work I stopped through because that's their "discount" day...I pull up a "sorry we're closed" sign on door. Another normally open Saturday I show up..no sign on the door so I sat thinking they were opening late...finally I looked in their dark window & peered in ALL OF THE CHAIRS was pushed to the middle of the shop floor.Later they said they had painted ok well why theirs no sign so people could choose to go elsewhere immediately. Theyre closer than others is the only reason I go

Been coming to this place for 5+ yrs. And I have never been disappointed but I have watched the customer base increase and the prices go up. Lol! And they don't cut my hair. I do that elsewhere but they know how to condition the hell out ta some hair!

file a claim for death in September, claim have not been paid as of NOVEMBER 17/2015. When calling their claim department they keep you on hold for 1 1/2 hrs no matter what time you call. Changing my insurance I have been with this company for over 25 years to be having this much trouble. Service is very poor

Let me start off by saying that I am a very easy customer to please. But today was the last straw, for one that place is infested with roaches. Like to the point were I was afraid to sit down. Second issue they are very rude, and have disgusting attitudes. The two ladies were arguing about if my hair was considered natural or not because I've had a texturizer before and ended up charging me 45$ even though they did a roll set on my hair. While the woman was doing my hair she kept making comments like "oh Mami very nappy" and comments like "Mami you need a perm". After I was completely done getting my hair done, the woman made a comment saying that my hair was very dry. But that's only because she shampooed my hair 3 times, left the conditioner in for 2 seconds, and blow dried my hair without any heat protectant. My hair felt bone dry leaving that salon. I basically paid 45$ for these women to talk crap about my hair, and for them to fry my hair. I will never bless them with my service ever again.
