The furniture was good but the service was disappointing. I was treated unprofessionally by the owner. While trying to negotiate with her, she told me it was time to go and then turned the lights off in the warehouse where my two children were waiting for us. The dark obviously scared them and they started running toward us. Since they couldn't see, my little 9 year old tripped and fell on a rug. She started crying and the owner showed no concern. All I can say is that she is lucky that she didn't hurt herself seriously! But seriously that was so rude and unprofessional. That is not the way to treat customers and build your business.

The staff were very knowledgable about every piece they had in their gallery, including all options that were available for each piece. They were beyond helpful in answering any and all of my questions concerning shipping/delivery estimates, fabric options (couches, sofas, Ottomans, chairs), finish options (bedroom sets, chairs, entertainment centers, tables), and even the level of comfort each furniture item offered for people with different cushion needs. As if that weren't enough, they offered fabric and wood finish checkouts to compare to colors at home to see in different lighting. If you're looking for high quality products, customizations, limitless options, and professionals that obviously love what they do, this is the place to go!

We just moved to Newnan, and have been searching for a quality local furniture store that isn't the "big Box" look. I found on Yellow Pages, called and Chris was extremely helpful by phone. Made a visit to the warehouse and found more than I needed! Excellent service, nice range of price selection, quality furniture and very accessable! I am going back!

Rooms For Less
I've made 3 purchases from Rooms for Less since December 2014. I paid cash for one purchase and used the 90 days same as cash for two purchases. Everything was PERFECT until my last purchase (finance) last month. I ordered several items, including a poster board bed for my son. When it was installed by Rooms for Less, the delivery guys told me during installation that the footboard was damaged. NO PROBLEM, they assured me that it was reordered and they will swap it out (they put the bed up with the damaged foot board). It's been a month and I've not heard anything from them. I called them twice and am still waiting for some explanation. Jack (one of the owners) even had the audacity to ask me today (when I called) if the footboard was broken at delivery.. REALLY!! Now, all of a sudden, I'm being questioned.. Anyway, I am STILL waiting for an answer and my first installment payment was deducted TODAY. So, I LOVE the prices, flexible payment terms, and USUALLY the customer service but I can't with good conscious give them 5 stars..... The delivery guys are always GREAT and I don't blame them. However, having to call repeatedly and NEVER receiving a return phone call is RIDICULOUS!! As of today, I am still waiting for an answer on when my footboard will be ordered!!

Rooms For Less
If you are looking for furniture I would check this place out before buying. I love this store! My wife and I used to shop at the Badcock that was here but we were very impressed with the furniture and the prices are incredible here. We found a dining set at another store nearby and we paid $400 less here for the exact same one so we were extremely happy. I've sent several family members over and everyone was so grateful that I told them about the store.

I had the worst experience I've ever had with a retailer at Rooms for Less. I purchased a mattress and got it home and it was extremely hard. Not at all like the floor model. I went back to the store and was told they did not do returns or refunds. I really wanted someone from the store to compare my mattress with the one on the floor. I told them I felt it was not their error but maybe a manufacturing error. I was told the store owner would call me but after a few days he hadn't called me back, even though I left several messages with a sales person. I then went through the mattress manufacturer. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and said he would see what he could do for me. Still no call back from the store. After several calls to the manufacturer and about three weeks, I told the manufacturer that I would seek legal action. I finally received a call from the store and they said they would refund my money. The next day I returned the mattress. While i was waiting for my refund the salesman said that they were not refunding my money to make me happy but to make the manufacturer happy. Unbelievable. I told him I felt I was doing a good thing when I purchased from a small, local business. He said there are lots of other small businesses in town and that if I wanted to buy furniture in the future I should go elsewhere and not try to buy from them. Like I would? I couldn't believe they treated me like that. Amazing. Do NOT shop there. They have absolutely no customer service and are actually rude. They have no interest in keeping their customers happy.

Walter and Helga Loesche's home burned to the ground just when the home was completed with beautiful and unusual furniture. With the daunting task of rebuilding and refurnishing, they looked in the local area and saw the need for a store with quality furniture. Thus-Juliana's Furniture Galleries-with 20,000 sq. ft. of showroom, was started.In 1996, their daughter, Marilyn Petry, joined the business, adding her flair for design. In 2012, Walter passed away and Marilyn's son, Christopher joined the team. I bought a Bradington young recliner from Juliana's for my husband a few months ago. He loves it! He has back problems and we traded in a lazy boy for the new one. It is a great improvement and the staff was great. Really liked working with the owner. We will be back for more.
