Dont buy a car here! They dont inspect their cars!I purchased a 2010 CTS Cadillac for over $15,000.living out of state all correspondence was done over phone,online and with videos.I asked my sales person several times if vehicle had any damage and was reassured that vehicle had no previous damaged was thoroughly inspected when traded in and would of been certified if not for the miles.I also was told car was serviced day one at their dealership and they had complete records of car and its history.The salesman emailed me a clean car-fax and a personal walk around You-Tube video(see link)I flew in to pick up car, which appeared in great condition and was told again vehicle had no previous damage.Being late on a Saturday afternoon i was unable to find a shop open to inspect car and drove car back home 10 hours without incident.When i had car inspected I was informed the car had been painted,had a replaced hood and showed signs of extensive roof damage along with other repairs!Car was appraised car at $8,500!almost 1/2 of what i paid! I called Barton the same day and told of appraisal,they didn't care.I filed a complaint with BBB. Bartons response:"No matter how many consumer complaint avenues you take, or how many attorneys you waste more money on the outcome will not change. I apologize for any inconvenience, but your issue is with carfax, not Barton Chevrolet Cadillac"Really?!like myself,carfax can only use the information given to them! Its hard to believe they did not inspect and get a trade in value when car was traded in discoverering this damage before car was put on lot for sale.I can never sell this car with the same deception they gave me and my credit union that financed car.I can never recoup the true value that was falsely represented.www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLPjmrMLsAGY7RKoM66AAN8gaeQEx27Ps9

DO NOT BUY HERE. Bought a 08 Nissan Rogue in February. It has needed a new transmission & engine since then. I'm sure he would blame that on me. He said it was owned by one person & has no accidents. Ran it through carfax & it had more than one owner plus 3 accidents. TERRIBLE

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer. Very satisfied with the salesman & the manager named Ed Finn was very helpful in explaining all the options available to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership and particularly Mr. Finn , he made this experience trouble free.

The worst dealership I ever encountered!!!. The manager did not provide with a copy of the documents I signed at the time of purchase. He obliged me to sign a paper declining any responsibility regarding the sale (did not provide with a copy of this document as well. Tried in vain to persuade me to purchase an expensive car service. Did not provide with a description of the car's features. After more than one month after purchase, I inquired why I did not receive the car's registration. It appeared that the registration was sent by Motor Vehicles to the dealer, rather than the customer as is customary. I will not recommend to anybody to purchase any vehicle from this dealer!!!. The rating does not provide a Zero star that I would rate.

I purchased a car last July. It was used. I loved my salesman and everything he did for me. I love their service department. I would definitely buy from them again.
