THEY ARE FRAUDULENT, BEWARE! Firstly i came in the store wanted an equipment to change the voltage on a electronic device, they sold one claiming it would work and it didnt. Came back, said it didnt work and they got another device that said it would definitly work, confirming they had other customers with the same issue solved by that machine, that ended up being 35 dollars more. Tried it, didnt work, at this point i just wanted my money back, they refused to give me, asked me to bring the electronic that i wanted to make work. Absolutly unsatisfied, i just got store credit to reedem later.Next time, to redeem my store credit, they sold me an iphone 6 as a new one, claiming also that it had warranty of 2 years with apple and 1 with them. 2 weeks later, the screen stoped working, i went to Apple and they said the phone had originally been purchased in 2015 and already had 5 interventions on it and that it had no warranty. Me, being in Europe, can't do anything about it, stuck with a phone that doesnt work. To add on to it, the owner/manager is completly rude, trying to deflect from my case, actually attending to other customers before my issue is resolved, right in front of me, like he was just expecting me to walk of the store or something, waisting my time! No manners, or sense of decency whatsoever. They Should be closed down, i hope someone sues these clowns!

Disrespectful rude people working there. They were disrespectful turning their backs and walking away while still being talked to. They don't care about what they do!!! They order something wrong and instead of ordering the correct one right away they return the other one and wait until they get the money back for it, and make us wait. They lie and won't give any money back no matter what, even if they messed up. Very frustrating dealing with these people. Place should close or just fire the people working there. Wish you could give a 0 star rating for everything.

There was an employee there who first claimed to be an owner and then a manger. He is rude and disrespectful. He cursed and was so unprofessional. He should be fired and the business closed down.

They are worst. Their service is garbage and they don't know how to treat human beings right I went there and I felt like I was treated equivalent to a rat. Do not go there I plead.

Worst service Ever!!! Most dishonest ppl i have ever met...Took a month to fix my phone and charged me $100 extra which i had not been informed before....Never go to this store ...EVER!!!!!!!

I have been a Devils fan my entire life, growing up going to games at the Continental Airlines Arena. The first time I attended the Prudential Center, I was blown away by the new modern feel it gave me. It was clean and well kept. Besides my New Jersey Devils winning games, this place has got me coming back time and time again. #LGD

Went here in January and took the kids to Disney on ice. This place is all updated and and very convenient for parking and access. I'll be going back soon to catch a hockey game.
