For such a small place, I had a transcendent experience. I was really stressed and tense, and the midtown location was perfectly nearby, and i had the best massage of my life. Nare and the other girls, as well as Siya, are masters at what they do. Siya herself is a very rare kind of person, one who genuinely wants to help people and very much knows her craft. She works with energy and expertise and I am so happy I found this place. I also tried her new location on the UWS, w75th btwn Columbus and CPW. Very cozy and intimate as well.

Stay on top of your game with Blissful Massage The type of massage I offer is a very deep tissue massage with comprehensive style that incorporates not only deep tissue but a comprehensive technique, that not only relieves stress to the joints but also help with blood flow as well as circulation of the blood to move more freely through out the body. Calisthenics is what is the most beneficial part to a good Therapeutic massage as its what helps one feel less pain and stress after a session the way it works is there are a few different levels from basic 2 step moving of the joins in back and forth and side to side then a third level of incorporating a some circulatory motion with level two then level 3 is a combination of all of level 2 and 3 with applied pressure while moving the joints . This service will be given by someone who has 11 years experience in providing this type of service as well be given every time in a very professional and welcoming manor to every customer I will do business with. I DO PROMISE AFTER ONE SESSION YOU WILL BECOME A REPEAT CUSTOMER OF MINE Sessions I offer are 30-minute, 45-minute to 60-minute and 90-minute sessions . contact info is Klime88@gmail.com or cell number is 1-917-402-6154 to schedule appointment rates are 30 dollars for 30 minutes to 40 dollars for 45 minutes to 50 dollars for 60 minutes to 80 dollars for 90-minute session as these are my rates for a good Therapeutic . Its cash only for session from my company The in-depth description on my method on giving a good Therapeutic massage The science behind calisthenics and its Benefits The benefits behind using Calisthenics during a massage as it is a method similar to what athletes use to relieve the stress and tension in their joints, as this is the same time tested method I used to help alleviate the tension and stress that I give to my clients during ever session of a therapeutic massage, by me as well as it helps create an overall better physical health and blood movement. The body Mechanics behind Calisthenics this technique that incorporates a few different movements of the joint as when this method is used on the wrist, as I move it in a back and forth left to right circular motion while stretching the arm as this method helps not only relieves the aches and stress, while helping to create better blood flow to the body as well as this approach is used on very joint but in different but similar methods. This same approach is used on the knees but not as in-depth as the wrist as this method is as effective on the knees but with less joint movement as from vertical motion up and down movement with pushing on, the muscle area to even more release of even blood flow and relaxing of this area of the body while it helps to unwind the joints soreness and aches at the same time. The similar approach is used on the human ankle as during the session that I give, I pivot the ankle join in a half circular motion then a slight up down pivot at the end while, I stretch the joint to bring more free flow to help circulate blood circulation better. The same Method is used on the elbow during the session as I apply in word deep pressure on the ankle then after I stretch the joint while I apply a little more pressure, while stretching the joint out in vertical motion to help create even better circulation of the blood through the body . Although Deep tissue massage alone has its benefit to help when one’s muscles feel sore or when they have knots and are achy it can help elevate those problems but doesn’t help with all physical problems as such when one may have joint pain, as why it’s very essential for those who do need the masseuse to tie in the method of Calisthenics as the Body mechanics components, to be

So, most people when they think of chiropractors, get this vision of the spanish inquistion, this sense of dread and excruciating pain. Truth is a chiropractic check up and adjustment should probably be part of your maintenance routine, same as your dental cleaning, annual physical, haircut...but you're so scared you can't bring yourself to do it, right? IF THAT'S YOU THEN DR. FRED IS YOUR GUY. I feel like I've just had a spa day when I leave his office. No kidding. He is not a snap, crackle, pop, and C-ya chiropractor. He takes the time to ensure that everything is working in harmony for you. This is very important to me and I'll tell you why.\r \r Maybe I'm clumsy, accident prone, or just too flexible for my own good but let's just say I've had some mishaps. Between yard sales on the slopes and car accidents (lost count) my spine's had more than its fair share of abuse. That's what initially got me to a chiropractor. I tore my ACL a couple of years ago (in one of those yard sales), had surgery and rehab to correct it. Dr. Fred took special care during that time to make sure that my knee healed well but also that added pressure on my other leg, hips, etc from overcompensating while recovering was kept in check. I went in for my usual adjustment a few months ago and Dr. Fred told me my rotator cuff was torn (who knew?) and advised me to have it checked by an orthopedist. Of course he was right. Last week he fixed my tennis elbow! I spazzed out picking something up, hurting my thumb in the process, and he caught that too. \r \r Everytime I fall apart, he sets me right again to pursue mischief and mayhem once more! Everybody needs someone like Dr. Fred in their corner!

My interest in traditional Chinese medical practices of healing through acupressure and herbal medicine comes naturally. My grandfather, my father and many current relatives have all been involved in Chinese acupressure and reflexology. My sister is an herbologist working in a Chinese medicinal pharmacy. She creates traditional therapeutic medications from herbs and ancient recipes.
