Chase Bank - Corporate Headquarters
Subject: New Branch Manager Andrey Puzanov. I met him the first week of his taking over Chase Branch at 71-41 Main St. Kew Gardens Hills, NY 11367. He is so determined to help each and every customer he could who was waiting on line. He stood at the front of the line and guided each person personally. Whenever I am in the branch and he is walking by, he comes over to ask if I am being helped. He does it with sincerity, professionalism and you know he wants to help you. I notice he does this with not just me but any customer who is wondering around. He approaches them and ask them if they need help.I told him "You look hot why don’t you open your tie and shirt and take off your jacket" He said it's not allowed" and he needs to maintain a professional appearance. I only wish your other branch managers over the years had his ambition, passion and energy and his sincere desire to give each customer the best service. I hope he is recognized for his hard work.Stan Norwalk

John recently spoke at our Executive Leadership Conference in Boston. The purpose of the event was to provide an overview of money management and to instill attendees with a feeling of empowerment so they are better able to manage their own finances. The event was sold out with a waitlist weeks prior to its occurrence. John gave a fantastic 2 hour presentation that hit on all the major topics relating to personal finance - i.e. savings goals, insurance, retirement, taxes, debt management, etc. We asked attendees to evaluate the speaker through an anonymous survey - feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Frequent written-in comments pointed to John's excellent presentation skills and extensive knowledge base. Respondents also noted that they felt they had received the tools to improve their money management skills. John was a very warm/outgoing, intelligent and well-spoken presenter, and we are looking forward to inviting him back for future events.

They were very fast processing my application and I was approved without any issues. The funds were available to me much sooner than I ever expected so they get 5 stars from me without a doubt. The application process is very simple and can be submitted online. The application was then reviewed and approved and I was notified in less than 24 hours. It was so much easier than I ever expected it to be. They offer short term and long term loans. Funding is available soon after approval of application. They have flexible terms for repayment so you figure out what works for you and I'm sure they will be able to figure something out that makes everyone happy. The easiest application process and the website is user friendly. Also, they have a live chat feature for anyone who would rather be helped by a person. Or you can call them. But the online tools are excellent.

Crestmont Capital
I had a relationship with Crestmont Capital after they funded my line of credit. But when It came to buying equipment for my commercial landscape business, I always used whoever the dealer suggested. One day, after we had already accepted a lucrative job, the dealer called and said I was overleveraged. He couldn’t get me any more financing. I was stuck in an embarrassing position where I took a job and didn’t have the resources to get it done. Luckily, Crestmont Capital came through and got me funded the next day.

Country-Wide Insurance Company
I have been with Country Wide for 5 years. I recently made my first claim ever. I had some difficulty getting my documents through at first, but my broker intervened. I had no other issues and have certainly not experienced what others have reportedly gone through. Above all, my premium stayed competitive at renewal!!Also, I wanted to add that the claims person was discourteous until she realized that I was not calling from a personal injury firm.

LIFE143 - Health , Life and Long Term Care Insurance
Life143 was fantastic! We had been trying for weeks to enroll outside of the open enrollment period, and were staring down the barrel of a huge fee for not finding a way to reinstate our policy...Tamir navigated an insane mountain of bureaucracy to find us an affordable plan, and was graceful and patient the whole way through. We didn't feel badly going with a budget plan either, which was hugely appreciated.

I would definitely work with this company again. We were in a pinch and needed funding right away. Jeff Smith stayed in contact with me through the whole process and closed the deal within 48 hours. He returned phone calls in a timely manner and called me every morning to give me updates. He worked diligently for us and made the deal happen. Definitely will come back to him if the need every arises again.

LIFE143 - Health , Life and Long Term Care Insurance
With the marriage and kids, soon it was getting difficult every next day to save up for our monthly premium payments on health insurance. A friend recommended that we re-shop for insurance using Affordable Health Insurance in NY’s services and we did just that! Within the next few hours we were looking at options with much lesser monthly payments compared to what we were paying earlier. Excellent service!

Someone from your Davis, CA office just called my husband to wish him a Happy Veteran's Day, and thank him for his service. Not to sell him anything, just to simply thank him for his service. I can honestly say I haven't seen him smile this big and feel so proud in a long time. Thank you Chase, from the bottom of our hears. That was such a sweet gesture. We will be banking with Chase for life!
Tips & Advices
Insurance agents will often try to "upsell" on various extra products that may be useful for certain people, but are generally excessive for the average consumer. Stick with basic plans that cover as much as you need without any additional costs. For example, if the annual cost of your auto insurance is 10 percent or more of the total value of your car, drop all but the most essential coverage. This is especially applicable if the car you drive is older and could be replaced with savings. Otherwise, you are paying for insurance that will never actually benefit you in the event of a serious crash.
Yes. Even after you've chosen a plan and started paying into it, consider looking around again when it comes time to renew the policy. Consider using an independent agent when searching for a new insurance policy. While traditional agents can still find a good deal, independent agents can choose from a variety of providers and tailor your coverage to your specific needs. The Internet has also made comparison shopping easy. Potential customers can often get free quotes online very quickly.
Send your insurer a claim form for each beneficiary in the plan, as well as a certified copy of the policyholder's death certificate. With the proper information, life insurance claims are generally straightforward. Problems may arise if the policyholder has died within two years of opening the policy. In this case, an attorney may be needed to settle the claim.
In the case of damage, take pictures of the affected area as soon as any safety or health emergencies are resolved. Take note of what happened and all the relevant circumstances and report to your insurer as soon as possible. If any of your possessions were damaged, use an inventory of your important assets and make note of this in the claim. Once an adjuster has made their own report, review it for accuracy.
If you're involved in an accident, you need to call the police right away and have them document the situation. You can file a claim upon obtaining the police report. It's also a good idea, if possible, to take your own notes to record: what happened before the accident, the date and time, traffic signs in the area and road conditions. Also get the other driver's name, address, license plate number, and insurance information. Even photos taken with a cell phone camera can help the claims process. Once you have this documentation, call your insurance company right away.

Just a moment...
