YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

This place is amazing. I visited the store for the first time a few days ago and was blown away. So beautifully made and you can pretty much find all the brands that you want. The only downside is that it has the feel of a museum on some levels. An example of this is the shoe department so I was afraid to touch anything:)

Walking home today, I popped into this store because I usually have to walk into every vintage store i see. What a delight. There was a fabulous selection of clothing (era, price, etc) for both men and women. I'd start to list what they have, but it's really just a great vintage find. Besides the great selection, the two people working there were not only very attentive and friendly, but they both had a true knowledge of clothing, particularly vintage frocks. \r\n\r\nI can't recommend this place enough.

On Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014 approximately 2:30pm; unbelievable! the mannerism here is at a very low level and need improvement. I went to this store to purchase dresses and head coverings. Their stuff is all over the place hoarded, and disgusting, too many flashy colors for a plain simple woman like me, too expensive, and definitely one of worse experiences ever from the least likely people I had expected to act like that I spent more time asking to speak to the manager who later told me that he will be right back. He came came the first time after at least 30mins. of my first request. Then left again. I went next door, because I was told by the worker that the owner went next door, and I ended up talking to the owner of that store who said that his father own the store next door. I told him what happened when I was in the store for about an hour, he starting yelling at me telling me they have family problems is the reason why his father have not came back to the store. Now I know and understand that we all have family issues. It would have been nice if he could have related the information to the worker, and or even his son that there was an emergency. And that he will not be coming back, but instead, he had me there hoping that he was going to return. He never did. SHAME SHAME! I feel that if people have businesses they need to know how to talk to others, because without customers, there will be no business. That's all I have to say about that. I will never, and hope I never behave like them in that disrespectful manner. I think I will never visit them again. Lord have mercy!

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Mieko when her shop was tucked away on Grove in the West Village. It was a Wonderland, an Oz, a Heaven on Earth and remains so after the move to Thompson in Soho. Quite frankly, I would follow her anywhere. Her shop is an oasis of taste, grace, class and style. The designs are unique, and manage to be classic and fanciful at the same time. The fabrics are exquisite to the eye and delicious to the touch. The care and kindness you receive as client or browser is unparalled. One of the things I love most about the shop is the way Mieko and her staff sense who you are, what you will love, what will look great on, AND what you MUST have. They pull it and hang it and help you in every way imaginable. They tailor! You always will feel beautiful in her clothes and in her shop. Mieko is the gift to yourself (or a friend) that keeps on giving.

Shi has opened her second boutique on Madison Avenue (74th Street) in New York after her first one in Lowndes Street, Belgravia, off Sloane Street diagonally across from the Jumeriah Carlton Tower Hotel. Look out for her sumptuous and contemporary linen collection which is available all year round, in a wide variety of mouth watering colours (photographed), after much demand from her discerning clients for a Summer collection. So, whether you are pint sized or a voluptuous goddess, you must visit Shi who will be able to make and adapt her designs, especially for you. The Victoria & Albert Museum chose to exhibit Shi's designs in their Design Avant-garde Exhibition in the early eighty's, for her innovation as Shi changed the look of Scottish cashmere forever, where the only other two fashion design exhibitors were the late Gianni Versace and Gianfranco Ferre. We are sure she will do the same with her new linen look, also as uncompromising and individual as she is herself.

Japanese denim rocks, and there’s lots of it at Uniqlo – at really reasonable prices. The first time I went to this store, I was with a friend who works in fashion, and he was like you have to try this denim. I did and he was right – it feels and looks fabulous. After that there was no going back for me. Sizing is something to keep in mind when shopping at Uniqlo since this line is made for Japanese waistlines. I had to go a size, or maybe two bigger than normal, which I tried to ignore, and in the end the fit made that easier to do. They also have lots of other really cool casual and semi dressy clothing – including manga shirts, sexy summer dresses, kakis and polo shirts, along with super thin and warm lab tech underwear, which kept me warm all winter long. Recently I checked out their wearable sun screen line, and it’s very cool and comfortable, and keeps the UV rays down. The staff is also really friendly and willing to go the extra mile, the dressing rooms are a little sparse but at these prices its easy to ignore.

B Oyama is without a doubt the best men's (he now has some women's items) store in Northern Manhattan. I've purchased two suits, numerous shirts and ties and everytime I feel like they were designed specifically for me. The service is highly personal and friendly. If you are used to off-the-rack shopping this may not be the shop for you. This is not just great for Harlem. It's fantastic for the whole city.
