I bought a washer from them and the Spanish guy at the front desk was ok at first. Then I asked when can the washer be delivered and had next day service. The guy did not speak absolutely no English. I told him to come to the side door and I was waiting for about 5 minutes and I hear a truck start up. I ran out the side door to see what was going on and the guy was about to leave. I had to wave him down. Then he got out with a attitude. Saying something under his breath with another language. When he came in he handed me a yellow slip. I was like what's this? Lol then he points to where I was to sign.Then I signed and he walked out left door open. My cat got out. Then not even 1 week later the washer is shaking like crazy. I am not a idiot and I kniw how to wash clothes. I did not over load it. So I called and the same Spanish person answers the phone and before I let him know about my washer I asked about warranty. He said 90 days. Then I said I bought a washer and then OMG his whole attitude change quick. I tell him what's wrong and he said what wrong wit your washer? Like 3 times. I repeat to him again. Then he says ok I get someone out. Then hangs up on me. Then I call back and asked him what time and he said after 4pm. I waited the next day and no one came. So I had my partner call. He told her that they only make service calls when they come this direction for more then one call. So we had to wait when it was convenient for them. So I came home from work and the repair person was at my house and did not call. Thank god I came home when I did. I would of missed him. He was nice. Some thing was lose. Customer service was absolutely rude..... I work in customer service for the past 15 yrs. I never treat my customers like that. I always want to make things a pleasant experience. So they will create the word to others and come back.

Johnny is the owner of the New Port Richey store and he was courteous and very helpful. I had to call him often because of coordination issues with my tenants and he remained patient and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with a very difficult situation that seemed almost impossible to handle which was not even his fault. I would definitely consider him for future purchases.

The Whirlpool Duet front loading dryer I purchased at very Appliance was competitively-priced and delivered promptly.The men that removed the old dryer and set up the new one did not scratch or damage replacement dryer in the process.This replacement dryer was purchased over 6 months ago at Bay Area Appliance without any problems.I would recommend Bay Area Appliance.
