F. I. Grey & Son, Inc. Commercial Realtor
In response to Ted F.'s review of October 2015....It is unfortunate Ted had a bad experience with his realtor....however, since F. I. Grey & Son, Inc. Commercial Realtor does not have a female sales agent currently, nor has it had one on staff within the last year...Ted might have posted his comments to the wrong company. It is not the firm's practice to ignore a potential buyer or property owner seeking to sell. F. I. Grey & Son, Inc. Commercial Realtor prides itself on a high level of customer service, extensive training, real estate expertise, out-of-the-box thinking, and over 90 years' experience. Our agents and brokers bend over backwards to insure every transaction proceeds smoothly and brings results to their clients' satisfaction....since 1924!

ABC Tire
This is a pleasant company that I like. Of course, I was kinda expecting low scores for ABC Tires & Auto because 1. It's still a small business.2. Of course, people who have bad experience are more likely to go online and say things about it. It's obvious.ABC Tires is a fairly decent place that I wouldn't actually give 5 stars to. Of course they are going to have some people who dislike but that's a thing all companies have. They will improve later. I just got a patch, used tire, and some new brakes. No problems, no complaints. Only some people have problems. Most of the time, they get successful customers.Whatever your opinions, if you still dislike ABC Tires, that's all you.

Horan Realty Group
My daughter used this company about three years ago and was very pleased. When i needed a responsible Realtor she recommended them to me.. I received prompt knowledgeable service from beginning to end. my reason for needing help was because of the death of my husband so not being 100% all the time was a factor. Kevin Horan treated me with dignity and understanding the entire time. They know there stuff and found a responsible tenant in only a fw days. I recomend them highly... margaret Bonomi

George's Wholesale Tire
My Nissan was making a lot of noise. Georges checked it out and told me it was the motor mounts.the next week I brought it in and asked them too also look at the fan belt and pulleys as they were also making noise. They did the work then explained I didnt need to spend money on the belt, it just needed adjustment, they could have easily done work that was not needed and I would have paid without question. I would recommend them to anyone. Dave

Horan Realty Group
Working with the Horan Agency was a great experience. Sue Horan was flawless, talked to people for me, had answers for every question (there we many as I was an out of state buyer), returned every phone call and email quickly, and always had a smile. We executed two RE transactions successfully, and the next time I buy a property in Florida, I will call Sue.

New Customer at this franchise. Today, my first visit left me impressed. I felt just as comfortable as I did at the Beverly Hills franchise. Respectable and very fair and honest. Looked at my problem and told me what to do. No charge.Recommended highly.

Budget Tires & Auto Repairs
Tony just put brand new tires on my truck for just over half of what everyone else wanted, and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Thanks guys!
Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.

Just a moment...
