I bought 2 accent chairs on 8/16 that were on back order until 8/23. The salesman, James Brown, said he would call when my chairs came in, as we were picking them up from the store. Since the 23rd, I have called three times and he told me my chairs were not in. I called again on Friday, 9/9 and the girl who answered the phone checked and said they were there, and had been there since the Wednesday before. I realize my small purchase was no big deal to Mr. Brown, but he knew I was waiting on those chairs. I still have not received a call from him. We went in today, 9/12 to pick up the chairs and saw him at the door. My husband said, "Thanks for calling us about our chairs." He said, "What chairs?" Unbelievable! As we were walking away, he and another salesperson started laughing. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop there again! James Brown, shame on you!

I went to their store and picked out the product I wanted. They took my money and said the product build would take 6 weeks. I paid for delivery so they said they would call me to setup the delivery in about 5 weeks. I didn't hear anything after 5 weeks so I tried calling and no one was answering. I looked again at the business online and saw a lot of negative reviews that surfaced between the time we bought the table (June 4th 2016) and the promised delivery date (July 16, 2016). On 7.16.16 I went to the store and the building was completely empty. I called the landlord and said they just disappeared and he doesn't have any information on them. I then drove by their old location in Harahan to find it was also empty. I called and emailed the business over 100 times now with no response at all. I called the NOPD who did not offer assistance and said it was a BBB issue. Still have not gotten any resolution. Would explain in full but ran out of allowable text space for the post

I ordered at farmhouse table and two benches 7weeks ago Know one has returned my phone call . I find out that the business is closed down and now out of $600.00 dollars and no table or benches. SO Very Disappointed. How do these people sleep at night knowing that they stole from people that trusted in there company "a local company."

This woman has been scamming people for years. She WAS DAWN MILLER in KENNER. Who Has been arrested for this kind of stuff. She has scammed NUMEROUS business local to our area. I know this for a FACT because I looked her in her face as she asked me for the payment to put into her purse and she was walking to her car to get the DRESSES she use to make.... INSTEAD, she got in her car and LEFT. I thought I was going to be FIRED and I was a single mom raising three kids. We contacted POLICE, as you all should do. As well, she has to have a permit to sell. Which means you can report her for theft through those agencies. I would also suggest contacting Fox 8 Defenders to try and get her name out there. This has been going on for over 7 years. She was scamming before I came across her and since then scammed at the French Quarter Market, Craft Fairs and home parties. DO NOT JUST LET THIS GO. SHE HAS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR STEALING

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! They custom built a desk for me & it is perfect! The desk was built in the specified time frame they gave me. The rustic decor fits perfectly in my house. Can't beat the price either!

ORDERED TABLE AND BENCHES ON 1/15/16. AFTER LOTS OF CONFUSION BY DAWN AND VICTORIA THEY WER DELIVERED 1/30. THEY WERE WRONG COLOR AND HADNT BEEN SANDED PROPERLY. AFTER BEING RUDE,DAWN CONSENTED TO RE MAKE AND DELIVER. AFTER MONTHS AND MANY MESSAGES I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR TO REMAKE AND I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THEY DELIVERED IN BATON ROUGE AREA. THE TABLE WAS A PRESENT FOR MY DAUGHTER FOR MARCH 5. I POSTED REVIEW ON FACBOOK AND WAS BLOCKED. I STILL DONT HAVE TABLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY IS JUNE 1

the sales manager Lamonica said for me to be there at 10 a.m. to sign paperwork I got there 9 53am. after she never showed at 10:15 a.m. the other sales rep take care of me. I get a call at 1:50 p.m. from Lamonica saying I had to come back and sign paperwork or they would cancel my order. this is after they had already charged my credit card!! "unacceptable"

I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEW'S FIRST!!!!!!!! Please don't waste you'r time or money. My daughter had a baby bed delivered on the 30th of the month. The delivery person put it together wrong and the screw came out the front of the bed leaving a hole. Do to bad family news we were not able to contact compass till 18 days later. The so called gentleman was not so gentle for the way he spoke to a pregnant women who was having pregnancy problem. So please if you want good furniture good service and good delivery please go to a good furniture store NOT HERE. Not to mention she spent over $2,500.00 here in the past 18 months. Still not treated with respect.
