When I walked in, I was not greeted with a hello, but with a " How many, 3?" I said no, 4. Then hostess/waitress rolled her eyes, and slammed her hand as she was counting out the place settings. Then when we got to our table, she slammed the silverware on the table. She walked away, and I noticed there was 4 kids menus on the table, but no adult menu. I had to flag down another waitress and ask her for a menu. A while later, ( about 15 minutes) she came back with our drinks, and asked if she could take our order. She then said hold on, and she walked away. I was assuming it was because she didn't have a pen or a pad, but she went over to 2 other tables and was talking to them. Then she went to a table by us, and took their drink order. So all in all, it was about 30 minutes for her to take our food order. When our food arrived, my daughter's order was wrong. She told me that the picture on the menu is only there to make it look pretty. I told her no, and I read what the menu said. She then again told me that what I received was correct. I told her no again, and told her I was reading exactly what the menu said. By this time I was very aggravated, and asked for boxes to go. I didn't even get to eat any of my meal. She didn't say anything else, and corrected the meal. I still had to wait a little while longer for the bill. To get my point across, I gathered my kids, and stood up, and that is when she said she would grab the bill. At check out, was the only time she was nice, and didn't have an attitude. I think it was because she was looking for her tip, which I seriously wasn't going to leave her one. But I felt obligated to since she asked if I was going to be adding it to the credit card.
This place is brand new. You'd think they'd want to impress people enough to come back! Alas, this is obviously not their goal.
The goal here is fast table turnover, sub par service and food that leaves much to be desired. It's not difficult to keep a coffee cup full or provide some extra creamers! See for yourself... $9 "meal" attached.
Huge disappointment. We will go back to our regular diner.
Server brought us wrong drinks. Then wrong cheese on eggs, burnt bacon, burnt toast. And hash browns were undercooked and on my plate when I asked them to substitute for fries, as I am allergic to allium(enzyme in onion) and the pancakes were flavored. I got NOTHING I asked for. They won't answer the phone when I call, either. DONT GO THERE!!!
