First time customer - food was fresh and delicious. Customer service was sorely lacking. As a first time visitor I was not aware of their cash only policy nor was I given that information when I placed the order over the telephone so I arrived with debit card in hand. The young lady at the cash register basically "scolded"me and questioned me as to why I didn't have cash to pay for my order. After she completed "dressing down" her 60 plus customer, she pulled out a little square and ran my card. I happen to believe customer service is just as important as what is on the menu. I don't know if I will go back again; the experience was demeaning. As Karma and serendipity are known to try to right a wrong, the fortune inside the cookie I was give days it all: Courtesy is a business asset - a gain and never a loss.
