We have been to this certain restaurant a couple of times and every time has been hit or miss with food and service. Tonight we went because friends were already there, but I have to say it will most definitely be the LAST time. The server was pleasant and friendly and was welcoming. The problem started when we ordered the endless apps and ribs. We waited nearly just over 20 minutes for the first set of apps being boneless wings. After these were gone we decided to cancel the ribs as it had been so long but wanted another order of boneless wings. 30 more minutes passed and still no 2nd round of boneless wings. With this in mind we decided it was time to leave and asked to speak to the manager. In over an hour all we had come out was one set of boneless wings. The restaurant wasn't even busy as I can appreciate if all the tables are taken it can take time, but there was probably only 35% of the restaurant filled. Bree The manager came over, already with an attitude and said she'd look at the check to see what she could do. This took nearly 15 more minutes and then came back over handing us two $8 off coupons and the checks billed as usual. We said that we'd only had one set of wings and were still being charged $12 and she said there was no discounts she could do, and with that simply turned around and walked away saying you can pay the check on the way out. I'd worked in restaurants for 4 years whilst at college and saw my managers receive all sorts of complaints from customers, but never did I see them walk away and be so rude and unprofessional. Our server was also with us when the manager walked away and even she apologized on behalf of the manager......the server is apologizing for her manager! I have never felt so unsatisfied or rudely spoken to by a manager, and am surprised with her attitude, rudeness, and complete lack of managerial/customer skills, that she even has that position. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!
Food is good but those people need to look up. I went there a couple weeks ago and food in their refrigerated case had big green blobs of mold on it. Today I went, placed an order for 1 order of French toast, and after 35 minutes I still didn't have food. I actually walked around to see how many tables had diners at them--just 6. The woman who took my order didn't follow up and even though I was just 6 feet from the coffee counter, no one there noticed me. I stood up and left. They have a lot of people working there, but most pay no attention to the customer. Oh, and it looked like a chef came out of the kitchen to hand-delivery chili to his buddy, went back to pour a glass of wine and brought it to him, too. That was 30 minutes into my wait. I think he should've been cooking my meal instead of catering to his buddy.

My husband and I went here the day before our wedding and we had been so excited to try it! However, we were sorely disappointed. The service was great, our waitress was so nice and attentive, but unfortunately, the food was horrible : we ordered the app sampler, which consisted of chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and potato skins. The chicken fingers and rings were good, though we could taste the seafood that had fried in the same oil; the mozz sticks tasted old and the potato skins clearly had cheez wiz from a jar slopped on them with a spoon����Then I ordered crabcakes- all imitation crabmeat and breading; my husband ordered fried shrimp-fried beyond recognition and fishy����we felt ill by the time we were ready to stop politely pretending to eat this slop. Maybe it was our own fault, don't order seafood from a diner, but this was really gross����
