Jill's Pet Gallery
My dog has gone there daily since he was an itty bitty puppy. He loves and trusts the staff like family, always comes home from day play happy and tired. When he gets groomed there they do a very thorough job on washing, brushing (he's got a lot of hair), and nail trimming. I love being able to check in on him via the webcam while I'm at work. Not quite sure what the review talking about a pet store is about, they don't sell pets or even pet supplies at Jill's.

Awesome place! I trust them 100% with my babies. I have 4 dogs and they all love coming to Jill's. They offer grooming, boarding and day play and I have used all services and have been very pleased. I wouldn't even think of taking my pups anywhere else

Absolutley wonderful place! there is no other facility around that I would trust to care for my two poodles. They love it here, and the staff are so helpful and friendly! We continue our service here, and are very thankful for a nice, clean bording/grooming facility run by great folks!

Great service! I'm new to the area and had to board my dog while on vacation. Wonderful facility.

Jill's Pet Gallery
I have been a client (or my dogs have) for more than 8 years. I trust Jill and her staff with my dogs care, and grooming completely. I have a standing appointment every 5 weeks, and they are groomed most professionally. When they are boarded with Jill, I have complete trust they will be cared for while I am away. Recently, during Hurricane Hanna, I left them with Jill. She (herself) stayed at the facility ALL NIGHT (while the storm passed) with all pets boarded with her.The facility is state of the art, cleanest. You will NOT be disappointed with Jill's Pet Gallery. She and her staff are most professional I have found in my 40 years of having my poodles groomed and boarded.
Tips & Advices
Pets that do not get along with other animals may incur an additional fee. Some facilities have special solitary sleeping and play animals for these types of pets.
A checklist for what to bring to a pet kennel includes:
  • Vaccination records
  • A favorite toy or blanket
  • Food and feeding instructions (if the pet has dietary restrictions or is a picky eater)
  • Medication (if necessary, in its original bottle and with written instructions)
Some pet kennels have veterinarians as part of their daily staff, while others only have vets part time or on call.
Most kennels can provide basic care such as administering medications, but owners of pets with serious medical issues should choose a facility with a veterinarian on call.
Bordetella, commonly known as kennel cough, is highly contagious, and most dogs catch it at least once in their lifetimes. As such, all dogs should be vaccinated at least 7 days before boarding.
