I had another plumber do work for me - then quickly realized everything was wrong ! I then thankfully met Greg - who not only fixed everything - he actually explained things to me. So trustworthy - he is my only plumber now !

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT HIRE!! DO NOT give this guy any money up front!! He took our money and then disappeared. We chased him for months, no return calls or text.We reported him to the pluming inspector, the Lic Board and the Attorney general, the plumbing inspector also reported him. We were going to take him to court when my husband ran into him at the town hall and made him go to the bank and get our money while my husband went with him! This guy will tell you what ever you want to hear and then disappear! We are seniors and saved all our lives and this guy is just a crook! He also recommended an electrician that did the same thing who we are still chasing. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this guy!! You will be sorry!!! The only reason he got one star is because you have to give him at least one, but he should get a negative 5+

Disrespectful store manager and crew..Today i went to return/exchange a item but i lost the receipt so they just can change it if the item has the price tag in it or if you can find the same item in store with the tag,,mind you my item has no price tag (a sticker) because the store never put one on my item and they dont have the same item anymore so i ask to speak with the manager who said i should never lost the receipt ....well receipt its easy to loose you guys should make sure all the merchandise has their price tags ,aint the customer fault if the stuff is incompetent ...Never again!

My husband and I just love their food and hospitality! When we walk in the doors, we feel greeted promptly. Last time we went, their chef took time from his day to greet us, then created some random combination of items just to make a friend of ours feel welcome. He even came back with several desserts for us to try with no charge. They can't do this often, but knowing they are here for customer service and amazing food, I do hope they stay!

Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
