Neenah Thunderwash
I put $20 in the change machine at the car wash and it took my money and then told me that the machine was out of service. I tried to contact the phone numbers for the company that owns this car wash and one of them is a fax number. The other is a phone number that nobody answers and says the mailbox is full when you go to leave a voicemail. This is a shady company. Do not waste your money on the car wash. The car wash also does a poor job at cleaning a vehicle.

I went there for an oil change. He kept arguing with me about the air pressure in my tires telling me that it was to high and why were they over inflated. Once we finally got passed that I asked how much the oil change was, he told me and when I asked if the price went up, he kept cutting me off and yelling "price hasn't changed" as he walked away. The yelled this 3 times and told him he didn't have to be a "jack a**" about it. At that point he approached me in an aggressive manner and told me, "if it wasn't for me being uniform I'd kick your a**". Nice way to treat a customer. Long story short, I had a meeting with the owner, Steve Wine. He told me that he would have a meeting with Austin, the employee in question. He later called me and explained that Austin admitted to the act, apologized to him, certainly not me, and he has decided to keep him as an employee. They will never get the business of me or my family nor friends again. I would advise everyone to not use their services.

Great service! After a full oil change, Bob, the manager suggested he could restore my headlights which were in a horrible condition. I had tried several products myself with very poor result. After 45 min. my headlights looked brand new. I will return for a 4th time when my next oil change is due!

Tips & Advices
A green car wash is one that places great emphasis on sustainability. The water used for each wash is scrupulously recycled, and the only products used are those that are bio-based, biodegradable, and gentle on the environment. Some green car washes also rely on renewable energy sources for power.
Many car washes make an active effort to recycle, reclaim, and reuse their water. Recycled water often comprises the majority of the water used for each wash, and, in many cases, the process is precisely managed by a computer-controlled system.
If a car has been newly painted, it's best to wait at least 30 days before applying automotive soap or any other automotive cleaning product. After this 30-day period, it will be safe to take the vehicle to a car wash.
A full-service car wash is one is which all aspects of washing the vehicle are handled by a professional. Many full-service car washes offer different packages that provide different tiers of service.
At a self-service car wash, the equipment and cleaning products are provided, but it is up to customers to provide the labor. Self-service car washes give you a space to wash your car, along with tools, such as sprayers, foam brushes and foam sponges.
