Starr's Auto Repair
I brought my jeep here with a couple of really (and I mean really) stuck and stripped out security lugs after exhausting all my options for trying to remove them myself. After explaining my situation, Trevor sounded confident that they could get them removed for me. It was quite a job and took longer than what was quoted but they stuck to the estimate and did good work. While I had it there I went ahead and had them change my brakes and rotors, flush the brake system, and change the oil. All things I would otherwise do myself, but I was happy enough with my experience up to that point to just let them go ahead with it. I was very happy with the friendly service, quick turnaround, and I felt the price was fair.

Starr's Auto Repair
I broke down with my 05' Corvette on Hwy. 98 turned around to go back to Fort Walton Beach but knew I would not make it! Rolled into Star's Auto Repair in Navarre and couldn't be more pleased! They troubleshooted and replaced the Throttle Body part. Jerrold the certified mechanic along with Trevor explained and assured me about everything! They even recommended a restaurant to eat at, and gave me a ride to and from! I had always used the dealership for repairs and was scared to use somebody else ... Well that was proven wrong by the good work that they did and had me back on the road in 3 1/2 hours! Thank you, I will use Star's Auto Repair again!!!

Advance Auto Parts
Very friendly and dedicated agents at this Navarre Beach location! Four women traveling and had a problem with wiper blades and arms that just needed realigned and tightened. We were told at another large discount store that is was the wiper motor and would run $200 to $300 to be fixed at a dealership. The young man here at Advanced Auto checked the problem, made the adjustment and then we purchased a single wiper replacement and we were on our way!!! Truly a pleasure dealing with this kind & honest young man that made us feel so comfortable. Thank you Advanced Auto

This is where you want to take your car immediately. This place is pretty efficient and they have great mechanics that will not dilly-dally and go straight to work.
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
