They have not come out to my house yet; however, I have called numerous places this morning to compare prices. The lady who answered was extremely pleasant to talk to. Provided great customer service. She quoted me, immediately, the price of the diagnostic fee and the cost per pound of freon/refrigerant.
I told her what I thought to be my problem. Every year I have anywhere from 3-5 pounds of freon added due to a small leak. She was very informative. She told me that she needed to speak with the owner and/or technician, and she told me that she would call me back with information within a certain timeframe which she did. She called me back immediately without making me wait like a few other companies did.
Customer service was great!
Received a call-back within the time frame that she told me she would call me back.
I was able to get the price of the diagnostic fee over the phone.
I was told the price per pound.
Everything was very clear.
I feel at ease.
(((I called another company a minute ago who would not give me any information. They just gave me the diagnostic fee and wouldn't give me any idea on prices for any other info and was hung up on!)))) Needless to say... That company got a bad review.
So far, I am very pleased with O'Brien's customer service by phone...
I have scheduled an appointment with them for this upcoming week. So far I'm very pleased....
