    Woke up this AM with no heat coming from the baseboards, checked pilot and it was on. Couldn't figure out why zones weren't activating. Called around to a couple places, left messages. Eddie got back to me in 15 minutes tops. Explained the issue and he walked me through some troubleshooting on the unit. After asking me to explain what I was seeing on a couple features of the unit, he asked me to check the emergency switch.... BINGO. My daughter who is 4 LOVES switches. Apparently, she found this one, going to have cover that up. Either way, Eddie took the time to help me while in between jobs on a busy day for him and that doesn't go unnoticed, un appreciated or un rewarded. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality experience. Many Thanks Eddie!

    We did a search for AC services in our our area because the company we used for years refused to come fix our central air unit because they were too busy. ECE had amazing reviews and they did not disappoint. Everything we read was spot on. Eddie was so nice and professional, he called me back right away and sent someone there the next day as soon as I had time off from work. The guy was fantastic, diagnosed the issue right away, offered to order our special sized filters so we'd have some extra in the future, he was just so friendly and helpful. They were reasonably priced and super fast in fixing the issue. I'm thrilled we found ECE, we will use them for all our heating/cooling issues in the future. I highly recommend them.

    Highly recommend Eddie. I first called him when I couldn't get any other places to come on a Sunday. Eddie came over and fixed the problem the same day. I just used him again recently and he was able to squeeze me in the same day.

    I first called the well-known places in town,but the other places like Weber and Matz wouldn't even come over until after the holiday weekend because I had no contract with them. So I looked online and found ECE Cooling, Inc.

    Edie Karnbach came over an hour and a half later. Turned out I needed a little bit of freon. I immediately signed a maintenance agreement with him because he is the person I want to do business with. He is professional, honest and very, very nice. His price was very reasonable, too. He could have charged anything because he knew I was desperate to cool my house down, but he didn't. He checked everything, changed the filter, cleaned out the outside air-conditioner thingamajig [techinical term] and we were done. Thank you, Eddie! You are the best!

    Thank you again Eddie for your help. I was really scratching my head wondering what went wrong with my boiler. I called for emergency repair hoping to get my heat in the house and hot water back on. I spoke to Eddie the owner and instead of setting up an appointment to come to my house he unselfishly explained and asked if I turned on the main emergency switch for my boiler on.. Of course I felt stupid being a tech head I'm usually the one laughing at people in situations like this.. But I found the switch he was telling me about and bingo!!! Boiler kicked in.... That my friends is real customer service willing to help... I will definetly make a future appointment to have my boiler serviced in the future...

    Very disappointed in the way Eddie conducted himself. I would not recommend him to anyone. He came across very personable at the start, however his true colors came through. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Not trustworthy.
