ON TODAYS DATE,, I AND MY FRIEND CAME TO THIS MOTEL ABOUT 4PM PLUS OR MINUS 10MIN., WE WERE GREETED BY EMPLOYEE: MELINDA ???, IN A RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER, WITH THE SYAYEMENTS OF: "WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR?" "WE DON'T HAVE ANY ROOMS!" IT MUST BE NOTED THAT WE HAVE SEMI REGULAR CUSTOMERS OF THIS MOTEL SINCE JANUARY 2013,SO ALL THE REGULAR EMPLOYEES KNOW US, AS REGULARS. MELINDA-MOTEL EMPLOYEE DID NOT GREET US IN ANY PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER SERVICELIKE MANNER,AND, SHE GAVE US THE IMPRESSION THAT WE WERE BOTHERING HER. ANOTHER PROSPECTIVE FEMALE CUSTOMER CAME IN BEHIND US, CLEARLY TIRED,& ALSO ASKED FOR ROOM AVAILABILITY, AND GOT THE SAME RESPONSE. WE CALLED THE 800 RESERVATION PH. NO.,AND WERE TOLD THERE WERE TOLD THERE WERE PLENTY OF ROOMS AVAILABLE. HOW MANY PAYING CUSTOMERS ON THIS DATE A FRIDAY,DID SHE TURN AWAY TO THIS MOTELS COMPETITION,POSSIBLY 25. WE THOUGHT OF GOING TO THIS MOTELS COMPETITION ALSO,BUT SINCE WE ARE LOYAL CUSTOMERS,WE RETURNED, AND WERE FURTHER GREETED WITH A SLY SMILE, & A FURTHER UNPROFESSIONAL GREETING OF: HEH, HEH, HEH, YOU SHOULD HAVE WAITED!, WHY SHOULD WE WAIT,IN THE FACE OF SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DECEITFUL UNCUSTOMER SERVICELIKE CONDUCT BY MELINDA-MOTEL EMPLOYEE.SINCERELY REGULAR LOYAL CUSTOMERS
